Soil investigation Drilling in all Types of Soil :- Drilling in all types of soil upto hard rock on ground ( Assuming 10mtr depth max) (Upto 10 meter 1 bore hole) Testing of soil sample. 1 Liquid Limit/Plastic Limit, Bulk & Dry density, soil classification by Mechanical analysis. 2. C & Phi by shear test. 3. Specific gravity of soil. 4. Swelling test if applicable. 5. Architectural Services :- Preparation of complete conceptual plans, architectural drawings (elevation sections and schedule of finishes), Site plan including 3D Views (interior & exterior ). The drawings will conver detailed working drawings to minutes details (including furinture and sanitary fittings) with reference to technical, architectural and functional requirements in soft & hard copy, Space/area analysis in tabular graphical format with 3 (three) different walk through models.

Structure Services :- Structural design and drawings duly incorporated with all the details, final submission of all the approved structural drawings with supported by relevant design data (STAAD file) in all, size in hard & soft copy for all the category of buildings in desired configuration. Proof checking and Vetting- Proof checking and vetting from Goverment Engineering and Submission of all structural drawings as per latest indian standard codes & practices.

M&L for road cutting upto 300mm deep and 200mm wide for crossing GI pipe line through road including making good the disturbed surface by filling mass concrete( 1:2:4) etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Rate of mass concrete is included in quated rate.

Supply & fix in replacement of Copper strip 25 mm x 3.15 mm Complete with saddles and fixing screws on including epoxy Insulater for Fitting the strip.including Taking down existing Al/cu strip complete all as specified and directed.(Note: Rate included with Insulater)

Supply & install in replacement of GI strip 32 mm x 6 mm buried ground/floor/surface/roof with saddle and fixing screws including taking doown existing GI Strip complete all as specified and directed

Drilling and tapping cast iron/ ductile iron water mains, in position, for branch connection of the internal dia 20 to 50 mm all as directed.

Supply and lay in trenches/or on wall medium grade steel water tubing galvanised with all fittings and joints etc complete for following size :- (a) 20 mm bore

S&F 20 mm Ball brass valves,high pressure, with polythene float and flynut complete, screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule and fixed

Supply and fix gun metal globe or gate valve with iron wheel head screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed for for 20 mm bore.
