Supply & install ,testing and commissioning of transformer as per IS : 1180 part - I, level - II ,step down, copper wound 11KV/433 Volts (at no load) AC 3 phase 50 Hz 500 KVA capacity, core type, oil immersed naturally air cooled, oil natural air natural (ON/AN) , with external cooling tubes, delta connected on primary side (HV) and star connected on secondary side (LV) in accordance with vector group DYn-11 with neutral brought out on secondry side (LV) and having taping at +5% to +10% in steps of 2.5% on HV side to be changed by means of hand operated off load tap changergear. The maximum temperature rise should not exceed 50 degree celsius in oil and 55 degree celsius in HV/LV winding when measured by resistance method after continuous full load run on an ambient temp of 40 degree celsius transformer shall be of BOLTLESS core design. Transformer shall be double wound, core type with low loss, non ageing, high permeability prime grade crgo with M4 grade or better, perfectly insulated and clamped to minimize noise and vibrations. The transformer shall be IS/IEC 60076and as per IS-1180 part - I of 2014 marked and shall comprise of the following :-

(a) One cable box on HT side (Primary side) consisting of three nos porcelain bushing with copper rods, complete with nuts and washer , with cable glands suitable for reception/taking out 3 core 120 Sqmm, HT 11000 volts grade, XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed, heavy duty , armoured cables including jointing materials complete. (b) One cable box on LT side(secondary side) consisting of four nos porcelain bushing with copper rods, complete with nuts and washers, with cable glands suitable for reception/taking out single core 630 sqmm, LT 1100 volts grade, PVC/XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed, heavy duty, armoured cables including jointing materials complete. (c) conservator with filter type drain valve and oil level guage. (d) De-hydrating breather with first fill of dehydrating agent (Silica Gel). (e) Explosive vent, Thermometer pocket on tank cover, oil level guage, Oil drain filter valve, at bottom of the tank Lifting ligs,oil filling hole with cap/plug with connection plate complete, Air release valve plug and four nos plain solid cast steel detachable rollers. (f) One No 100 mm dia, dial type thermometer, vapour pressure type, having range 0-120 degree celsius with metal guard having maximum perimeter temperature reading indicator with re-setting device.

(g) Two earthing terminals on tank cover to facilitate fixing of 50x6mm galvanised iron earth strip for earthing of body. (h) Rating plate and terminal marking plate. (j) Extra bushing for neutral in the LT cable box for providing independent set of earthing for neutral. (k) First fill of new and unused transformer oil, IS-335 of 1986 marked, filtered and tested upto 50 KV dielectric strength at 2.5 mm air gap between testing electrodes, specific resistance at 27 Degree celsius Ohm-om 500 x 10 the power12, water content 50 PPM, Dielectric dissipation factor (tan Deta at 90 degree celsius) 0.005, Neutralisation value mg of KOH/gm of oil 0.03, Inter facial tension N/M at 27 Degree celsius - 0.04, flash point 140 Degree celsius and sluge 0.1 % by weight. (l) Providing adequate size and nos of channels, embeded in floor, for movement of transformer.

(m) Tranformer losses shall not exceed the loses mentioned in Table 6 of IS: 1180 of 2014 Part - I with energy Effeciency level - III. (n) Oil temperator indicator , winding temperature indicator, marshlig box single window, double flit buchoiz relay with alarm and trip contact including connection to existing RMU/VCB relay with PVC insulated PVC sheathed cable galvanized steel strip or wire armoured electric control cables (Heavy duty) with stranded copper conductor of size 1.5 sq mm 10 core 1100 volts grade.

NOTE :- (i) Rate quoted includes the cost of making and Testing of controll wiring connection at the Transformer and RMU/VCB for the Temperature alarm/Trip, Gas alarm/Trip. (ii) Controll cable shall be measured and paid seperatly. (iii) The cost of Plinth shall be included in the quoted rate by theContractor.

Supply, laying and testing cable HT XLPE insulated , screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 11000 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 185 Sqmm 3 core.

Supply, Laying, connecting, testing and commissioning of LT XLPE cable of PVC sheathed armoured aluminium conductor 1100 V graded 630 sqmm single core complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE insulated , screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 185 Sqmm 3.5 core.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE insulated , screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 120 Sqmm 3.5 core.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE insulated , screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 95 Sqmm 3.5 core

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE insulated , screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 50 Sqmm 3.5 core.

Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5 mtr deep in soft loose soil for laying / taking up/ taking down of cables and getting out and levelling of bottom suface to required level all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge.

Returning filling in,. Including spreading, levelling,. Watering and well ramming soil in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (ie soil) from site to a distance n. exc 50 mtrs away and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5 mtr above the starting point all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for river washed and screened, dry sand for filling in trenches below and around underground cables for cushioning of cables etc, complete all as specified and directed. Note : -Only Punned sand shall be measured and paid for.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HV, type 1, flat size 300mmx 180mm x 40mm. Complete all as specified and directed.

S&F sub class B bricks having minimum compressive strength 75 Kg/ Sqcm laid in trenches for cable protection etc complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and laying galvanised iron pipe 80 mm bore light grade fixed to poles with steel clamps laid under road crossing fixed to wall etc complete all as specified and directed. Note : -Clamps shall be measured and paid separately

Supply and laying galvanised iron pipe 50 mm bore light grade fixed to poles with steel clamps laid under road crossing fixed to wall etc complete all as specified and directed. Note : -Clamps shall be measured and paid separately

M/L for GI Tubes,of size 40 mm dia light grade, galvanised, with all fitting , laid in trenches for protection of cable in road /drain crossing complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for GI earth strip of size 32 x 6 mm laying in trench, fix to Pole with necessary clamp and nut bolt etc including taking out of unsv earth wire.

(b) Outgoing (i) MCCB 4 pole , 400 Amps,50 Hz,415 Volts, 50 KA with microprocessor release - 01 Nos (ii) MCCB 4 pole , 315 Amps,50 Hz,415 Volts, 36 KA with microprocessor release - 01 Nos (iii) MCCB 4 pole , 250 Amps,50 Hz,415 Volts, 36 KA with microprocessor release - 01 Nos (iii) MCCB 4 pole , 200 Amps,50 Hz,415 Volts, 36 KA with microprocessor release - 02 Nos (c) Platform of Panel. Platform for the panel with PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 with 40 mm graded crushed stone, 15 cm thick in foundation, brick work in CM 1:6 with sub class 'B', old size bricks, rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 on exposed surfaces and 100 mm thick PCC padding 1:3:6, type C-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate on top and grouting bolts etc for panel. The platform shall be such that it is of a height 45 cm above the nearest road level. Note :- (i) All out going feeder shall be connected by cable through suitable size gland plate / glands. (ii) The various feeders shall be indicated by 50 mm size letters in synthetic enamel white paint. (iii) All MCCB with adjustable protection for over load and short circuit and conforming to IEC60947-II/IS 13947-II (Latest Version). The MCCB should have Ics=100%Icu. The MCCBs shall have spreader links and barriers as standard feature of manufacturer

Supply and fix Cable end jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for indoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of 185 Sqmm 3 Core.

Supply and fix Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of 185 Sqmm 3 Core.

M&L for plate Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level connected to galvanized earth strip 32 x 6 mm by means of bolts and nuts checknuts and washers of galvanized iron electric arc welding all joints all as specified and shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR part I including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil PCC 1:3:6 type C1 chamber with RCC 1:2:4 type B1 40 mm thick cover with MS rod 8mm dia 150mm long reinforcement, watering funnel, 40 mm dia light grade for protection of earth electrode 20 mm dia for watering all as specified and directed and tested on completion.

Supply and fixing outdoor type wall mounted bus bar chamber having 04 pole bus bar of rating 400 Amps fitted with MCCB 200 Amps 4 Pole, 35 KA, 50 HZ as incomer inclding suitable hole in bus bar for outgoing cable connection including suitable size nut bolt and fastener complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing outdoor type wall mounted bus bar chamber having 04 pole bus bar of rating 320 Amps fitted with MCCB 160 Amps 4 Pole, 25 KA, 50 HZ as incomer inclding suitable hole in bus bar for outgoing cable connection including suitable size nut bolt and fastener complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for boring of holes under road/pavement/hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sound technique and necessary machine including material and labour for HDPE pipe of 100 mm to150 mm dia suitable for 06 Kg/cm working pressure. Wall thickness of pipe not less than 8 mm suitable for 33 KV HT Cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, testing and commissioning of LT XLPE underground PVC insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable, 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of 16 sqmm 4 core in replacement complete including dismantling of old unserviciable cable.

Supply, laying, testing and commissioning of LT XLPE underground PVC insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable, 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of 50 sqmm 4 core in replacement complete including dismantling of old unserviciable cable.

Supply & installing steel tubular swaged poles type 410 SP-31 (9 mtr long) of apprx wt.147 kg conforming to IS 2713 (Part-II) including excavation, earth work, PCC foundation, base plate,PCC coping,GI pipe for cable protection etc. and GI bracket for fitting mounting of flood light fittings , complete all as per manufacturer's instructions and as specified and as directed by E-in-charge. NOTE:- The unit rate in this item is deemed to be included the cost of exacavation and earth work in any type of soil,PCC foundation 1:4:8 type D-2 , PCC coping 1:2:4 type B-1 as in steel tubular pole and GI bracket made of Channel /flat iron incl nut bolts,clamps etc , 1.5 mtr x 1.5 mtr long for fixing of LED Flood light fitings . The steel pole shall be painted by bituminious paint total lenth inside and up to planting depth outside

Supply & fixing 90 Watt LED flood light fittings made up of pressure die cast housing with toughned glass and individual high power LEDs with secondary optics, IP66 protection complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement KIOSK box wheather proof including made out of one piece mounted SMC base and door pole mounted hinged door size 333x233x120mm out side and 300x200x105mm inside dimensions comprising of aluminium bus bar 4 strips for 3 phase and neutral 63 Amps and 15 Amps fuse grip with base including embossing/painting of danger notice of size not less than 10cm x 7.5cm with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour on front face of KIOSK box body complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, drawing, connecting & testing of 3 core, 2.5 Sqmm PVC insulated and PVC rounded sheathed, copper conductor (flexible) industrial cable 1100 Volts gradde conforming to IS-694 in steel tubular pole from KIOSK box to light fittings including providing suitable copper lugs all as specified and directed. Note : Steel tubular pole shall be measured and paid separetely.

S&F time switches astro type in having longitude and latitude of Indian cities in memory 415 V three phase 20 Amp rating with 20 Amps, 415 Volts, three pole contactor fitted inside factory made 2mm thick steel enclosure duly powder coated paint complete all as specified and directed.

Note : contractor should procure and provide 50 % of the material as listed above within 15 days of the placing of work order and shall be verified by the Eng-in-charge
