Material and Labour for Point wiring with 1.5 Sqmm FRLS insulated, unsheathed, multistranded, 1100 Volts grade copper conductor cable single core conforming to IS:694 along with one run of 1.5 Sqmm FRLS insulated copper conductor cable green in colour for continuous earthing drawn through and including medium grade rigid PVC conduit conforming to IS:9537 (Pt-III) and its all accessories/junction boxes/ inspection covers etc of suitable size but not less than 20mm(OD), concealed in wall/ floor etc including provision of pressed steel terminal box of thickness not less than 18 SWG with earth dolly of suitable size concealed in wall and covered with 3 mm thick phenolic laminated hylam sheet fixed with brass/GI screws for mounting switches, sockets, fan regulator, etc. / modular metal flush box covered with modular frame plate with cover of any size as per site requirement for mounting modular switches, modular sockets, modular fan regulator etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge for the following points:-

All as per srl item no. 1.00 here-in-before but with 2.5 sq mm FRLSH copper wire with 2.5 Sqmm FRLSH copper earth wire for one 16 Amp socket point controlled by one 16 Amp switch on independent board.

All as per srl item no. 1.00 here-in-before but with 4 sq mm FRLS copper wire with 4 Sqmm FRLSH copper earth wire for one 16 Amp socket point controlled by one 16 Amp switch on independent board.

All as per item No. 1.00 here-in-before but one 16A socket point controlled by one 16A switch on independent board but just below / above the existing socket points / DBs up to one meter distance in the same vertical plane.

Material and Labour for sub main wiring along with earth wire with FRLS insulated copper conductor, single core cable drawn through and including medium grade rigid PVC conduit conforming to IS:9537 (Pt-III) and its all accessories/junction boxes/ inspection covers etc of suitable size but not less than 20mm concealed in wall/ floor etc including taking down existing unserviceable sub main wiring of any description complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge for the following sizes:- (Note: Three runs of copper cable and one run of PVC conduit shall be measured as one unit length)

Notes for item No. 1.00 to 3.02: (i) Quoted rate shall deemed to include the cost of cutting chases on wall/floor for concealed conduit wiring and making good with cement plaster, putty and paint to match with the existing surface. (ii) If any beam / column / Rock wall is encountered while cutting chases, that particular portion may be provided with PVC casing & capping or surface conduit for drawing cables and surface PVC gang box fully enclosed type for mounting switches, sockets & regulators etc to avoid any damage to the structure. (iii) No cutting shall be done on ceiling for laying PVC conduit for ceiling fan point wiring. Surface conduit or PVC casing capping may be used in that portion.

Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, removing materials for taking credit and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc with cement plaster, putty and paint to match with the existing surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement of switch piano flush type 6 Amps, one way, 240V, 50Hz including taking down existing unserviceable switch of any description complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of electronic fan regulator rotary type in 5 steps, 240V, 50Hz including taking down existing unserviceable fan regulator of any description complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of LED batten with CRCA sheet steel box type body pre-wired suitable for and including provision of 1x20 Watt (4 feet) retrofit LED tube with PC body, full white and connecting up with twisted three core flexible copper wire of 0.5sqmm from ceiling rose to connector of fitting complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement of integrated LED batten 20/22 watt, 4 feet long, full white in Engineering plastic batten with white acrylic cover with built-in electronic driver, pre-wired and connecting up with twisted twin core flexible copper wire of 0.5sqmm from ceiling rose to connector of fitting complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement of integrated LED batten 9/10 watt, 2 feet long, full white in Engineering plastic batten with white acrylic cover with built-in electronic driver, pre-wired and connecting up with twisted twin core flexible copper wire of 0.5sqmm from ceiling rose to connector of fitting complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement of sleek round recessed cum surface mounting LED down light 12 W with aluminium die-cast body, finish with drop down PC diffuser warm / full white with optimized heat sink for efficient dissipation including taking down existing unserviceable light fitting of any description complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement of Decorative wall light fixture made up of Polycarbonate with and including 7W retrofit LED lamp, full white / warm white of approved model complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement of LED bulkhead luminaire in die-cast aluminium alloy body heat resistant prismatic glass cover, with specially designed gasket for minimum IP 55 degree of protection suitable for and including provision of 10W retrofit LED bulb, full white with B22 lamp holder complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement of LED street/security light fitting 35 watts with high efficiency long life LEDs with In-built electronic driver complete housed in pressure die-cast aluminium housing covered with polycarbonate cover with IP66 degree of protection including GI pipe bracket made up of 25mm dia medium grade GI pipe of length 1.50m bent to required shape and fixing on walls with suitable MS clamps(02Nos) made up of 25mmx4mm MS flat, nuts, bolts and washers and provision of 3 core twisted flexible copper cable of size 0.5 sqmm from ceiling rose to connector of fitting including taking down existing unserviceable light fitting of any description complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement of ventilating fan with plastic body with louvers, 250mm sweep, single phase, 230 volts, 50 Hz. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of ventilating fan with plastic body with louvers, 200mm sweep, single phase, 230 volts, 50 Hz. including taking down existing unserviceable ventilating fan of any description complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of 3mm thick phenolic laminated hylam sheet of size 9" X 11" including necessary cutting, drilling holes for fixing of switches, sockets & fan regulators etc and fixing the hylam sheet on existing metal flush box with brass/GI screws with washers complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: S&F of switches, sockets & regulators shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply and fix in replacement of 3mm thick phenolic laminated hylam sheet of size 8" X 5" including necessary cutting and drilling holes for fixing of switches, sockets & fan regulators etc as per site requirement and fixing the hylam sheet on existing metal flush box with new brass/GI screws with washers complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: S&F of switches, sockets & regulators shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply and fix in replacement of 3mm thick phenolic laminated hylam sheet of size 5" X 5" including necessary cutting and drilling holes for fixing of switches, sockets & fan regulators etc as per site requirement and fixing the hylam sheet on existing metal flush box with new brass/GI screws with washers complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: S&F of switches, sockets & regulators shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply and fixing in replacement of LED flood light 70 watt 230 V AC outdoor type with thermal management in multiple optics and equipped with IP66 protection, with impact and corrosion resistant complete with driver and lamp and all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement of Post top lantern Black ABS plastic spigot, spun aluminium canopy, with clear acrylic diffuser and accessories along with LED lamp 9 Watt (warm white) with B22 base lamp holder including taking down existing unserviceable post top lantern fitting of any description complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement of GI pipe 40mm dia, medium grade cut to required size complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations for erection of pole/ stay assembly complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement of thermoplastic cable junction boxes of size 130 x 130 x 77, IP 65/66 with metric knockouts for cable entry including cable terminal connector and fixing on posts / poles with suitable clamps, nuts & bolts etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and laying or fixing or passing through pipe, 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable with PVC insulated stranded aluminium conductor served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape armoured with galvanized steel wire or strip and overall PVC sheathed, 25 sq. mm nominal cross section, 4 core in service connections as per IS 7098(Part 1) including connecting on LT OH line / LT panel /DB with suitable lugs, glands, binding wire etc including taking down existing unserviceable service cable of any description complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying or fixing or passing through pipe, 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable with PVC insulated stranded aluminium conductor served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape armoured with galvanized steel wire or strip and overall PVC sheathed, 16 sq. mm nominal cross section, 4 core in service connections as per IS 7098(Part 1) including connecting on LT OH line / LT panel /DB with suitable lugs, glands, binding wire etc including taking down existing unserviceable service cable of any description complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Double wall corrugated HDPE pipe, ISI marked of outer dia 50mm, inner dia 38mm with smooth internal and profiled external surface, non-pressure type, laid in trenches/floors/duct or fixed on walls /pole including all connections, accessories like socket, couplers, bends, etc for protection of LT cable XLPE grade 1100 volts complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5 m depth for laying of GI Pipe and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in, including leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing excavated material not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for cutting of existing road / hard standing up to 15 cm depth for laying of pipe lines and making good the disturbed surfaces by providing PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded aggregate) after laying of pipes lines and returning filling of soil, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Excavation and earth work below road / hard standing will be measured and paid under relevant items.

Supply and fix in replacement of 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated stranded aluminium conductor twin core, 10 sqmm, served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connections including connecting on LT OH line / energy meter / DB etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanized iron earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtrs deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtrs below normal ground level connecting to GI wire 4 mm as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel and earth wire protected by 15mm dia GI pipe medium grade and connected to distribution board/earthing test point all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I(2009) and testing on completion including removing of existing earthing complete all as specified and directed. Note :- The unit rate quoted shall also include for excavation, earth work in any type of soil, plain cement concrete 1:3:6 mix, Type C1 pit, 40mm thick RCC 1:2:4 mix type B1 cover reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bras @ 150mm C/C both ways, GI funnel with watering pipe, wire mesh, protection pipe, earth wire up to 7.50m long complete in addition to item No. 1(a) to (e) of preamble (Notes) under sub heading earthing, specified in SSR Part II.

Taking down carefully the ceiling fan of any size 1200mm / 1400mm sweep, twin core cable and, dismantling fan blades and deposit to MES store Yard for servicing including supply and replacement of bearings/bushings, capacitor and terminal connector including filling cavities with filler, applying two coat of synthetic enamel spray paint of existing colour, suitable for any model of existing fan etc and incl writing MES No in figure and words in 25 mm wide by synthetic enamel paint of black colour on ceiling fan and Hanging ceiling fan in its existing or new location and connecting up including provision of desired cable from ceiling rose to connector of fan and testing for satisfactory functioning complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: 1) Rewinding if required shall be measured and paid separately. 2) The work is to be carried out in E/M store yard tto the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Rewinding of Ceiling Fan of size 1200mm / 1400mm sweep by shifting to workshop, cutting and removing of old burnt/damaged winding, cleaning of slots and other parts and rewinding the ceiling fan motor with super enameled copper winding wire of existing gauge with suitable class of insulation, applying varnish, heating, drying, assembling and testing for satisfactory performance complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement of Fan down rod of suitable size up to one meter long as per site requirement, having suitable holes on top and bottom of rod for inserting bolts and for drawing wires etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement of standard GI fan clamp with rubber bush, bolts, nuts, spring washers & split pins etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
