EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY

Material and labour for tapping to 50mm dia GI tapping from existing line of CI/GI/PVC/DI with tools and takels and all neccessary fittings complete all as specified and directed.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION

Supply and fix cable path indicator made of RCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) (size 0.2 m x 0.1 m x 0.75 m height) including necessary form work reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bars 100 mm c/c horizontally vertically, voltage and cable size mentioned in bold letters painted with brown paint and back ground with two coats of yellow paint, in foundation PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregated of size 0.3 mtr x 0.2 mtr x 1.0 mtr including necessary exavation and earth work in any type of strata (for each 50 meter distance) complete all as specified and directed.

SEWER NETWORK

Material and labour for setting in cement mortar 1:3 and flaunching with cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 RCC circular manhole covers and frames, heavy duty, any type and size including removing to or from store (for 500mm clear opening) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for driling of horizontal borehole size 150 mm dia pipe for water main/ treated water rising main pipeline crossing under the road including in all strata with required length including fixing of RCC NP3 pipe with pushing etc (for maximum upto 18 m length) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for driling of horizontal borehole size 200 mm dia pipe for water main/ treated water rising main pipeline crossing under the road including in all strata with required length including fixing of RCC NP3 pipe with pushing etc (for maximum upto 18 m length) complete all as specified and directed.

SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT

Supplying, Design, Constructing, hydraulic testing, Commissioning and giving satisfactory trials of 200 KLD STP consisting of compact package type STP along with the following accessories to the desired capacity of 200 KLD rated net output; complete as turnkey job with all involved electrical and mechanical components with all duties and taxes, complete all as specified and directed for satisfactory performance of plant and required treated water parameters as per MES policy.

(a) Fine bar Screen chamber (Manual) of SS 304 for screening 5-6 mm particles at inlet of MBBR tank. (b) Non-clog submersible Raw sewer Pump of discharge capacity 8.0 cum/Hr @ 10 mtr head cpmplete- 02 Nos (01 W+ 01 S) (c) Centrifugal type filter feed pump of discharge capacity 8.0 cum/Hr @ 20 mtr head cpmplete- 02 Nos (01 W+ 01 S) (d) Moving Bed Bio Reactor(s) with plastic media (of apropreate density, Size and Volume having minimum surface loading rate 400 sqm/cum) (e) Twinlob air blower of 185 cum/Hr @ pressure capacity 0.37 kg/cm2 with SS pipe aeration Grid at MBBR tank- 02 Nos (01 W+ 01 S) (f) Dosolve Oxigen meter-01 Nos. (o) Foundation of all E/M equipment (p) Associated piping work complete (Mode of construction of pipe- CI for air pipe/ PVC for water pipe / SS for aeration grid) (q) Air Diffuser (suitable qty). (r) Valves, Gates, Level Switches, Pressure Gauges, Drains, Pathways as per requirement for 200 KLD STP complete.

(s) Electrical Control Panel with interconnecting cable of required size above given components / units / Equipment / accessory for package type MBBR based STP shall have with anoxic zone for total Nitrogen removal is as per design and indicative. However OEM can add / alter / omit the given components as per their design to achieve desired capacity and treated water parameter with same technology as per E-in Cs Branch New Dehli guidelines/ policies. Mode of Constuction (MOC) of compact package STP should be as per below, MS based or 100% pure FRP based packaged sewage Treatment Plant. MS plate having Minimum 8 mm thick base plate, side wall plate thickness 6 mm minimum, relevant size of structural steel members with inside epoxy coating and outside epoxy paint on primer. FRP based packaged sewage treatment plant, FRP material supplied should be tested by NABL approved lab for Pressure test on minimum 5 psi and Vacuum test on minimum 5 psi, Barcol hardness 43 minimum and flexural strength minimum 12600 lb/in2. Make:- E-in-Cs approved. Note:The STP tank shall be placed on 100mm thick PCC lean concrete 1:4:8 and laid on stable compacted ground. (i) If STP vendor provides any additional equipments required for the operation and performance of the plant, no extra cost shall be reimbursed to the contractor on this account. (ii) Maintenance staff for services should reach in 4 hours of time period and to abailable for 24x7 hrs. (iii) STP should function from min 10% load to 100% peak load. (iv) No material lying for this item shall be paid before completion of 70% of the Phase-I (as stipulated in Sch 'A' notes) of the project. The decision wrt the progress of the work on this account shall rest with GE.

Material and labour for float type level switch (vertical) for pumping station, for equalization tank, chlorine contact tank, treated water tank, sludge tank etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Junction Box for Street Lights of size 300 x 250 x 150 mm made out of CRCA sheet 2 mm thick totally enclosed, dust and vermin proof, rain protected slanted roof top, door pasted with rubber gasket, water tight IP 42 protection single leaf shutter in front having proper locking arrangements, and painted with powder coating paint and suitable size of "connectwell" stud teriminal (provision for socket bolting)- 05 Nos suitable for 415 volts, 50 Hz, 3 phase 4 wire internal wiring system including MCB SP 06 amps- 01 No and mounted on security light pole with suitable bracket nuts, bolts complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for FRP Water Tank 10000 liter is made from virgin plastic, ensuring superior strength, durability, and flexibility. It is crafted from food-grade plastic with FDA approval and ISI marked tank of capacity 10,000 Ltrs complete all as specified and directed

RECYCLING OF TREATED SEWAGE

Supplying and Laying, jointing & testing of Ductile iron (DI) of size 100mm dia, pressure pipes with spigot and socket ends, centrifugally cast, class K-7 with cement mortar lining in inner side as per IS 8329/2000(latest revision) and other relevent standards and metallic zinc coating followed by a finishing layer of epoxy paint in outer side, suitable for push on joint (rubber gasket joint) in any length with inside cement mortar lining laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed. Note: Pipes are to be painted with red colour and marked as 'Sewage Treated Water Rising Main from STP to 1 Lakh Litre tank' complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, Installtion, Testing and Commissioning (SITC) submersible pump set, electric driven, 415 Volts, Three phase, 50 Hz for treated water transfer pump from STP Treated water sump with discharge capacity 33.50 Cu.m/hr. & 48 mtr head complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for HDPE pipe path indicator/ Marker made of RCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bars 100 mm c/c horizontally vertically of size 500 mm x 100 mm x 900 mm hight) HDPE SEWAGE PIPE/ MES embossing on cable route Indicator / Marker including painting as per approved colour and buried in ground 450 mm depth including necessary earth work ( as required / ordered at site) complete all as specified and as directed.

ROAD/PATH/CULVERTS/HARD STANDING

Material and labour for cement concrete work in pavement/ hard-standing of flexural strength 35 kg/ per square centimetre in field using 350 kg of cement per cubic metre, thickness of concrete 25 cm or less complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for CRS TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking,bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

COMPOUND WALL/FENCING/ GATE

S&F 900mm dia Hot dipped galvanized for corrosive resistance punched tape concertina coil fencing, stretches along with two lines for RBT(Reinforced Barbed Tape) (supporting wire of the same material as concertina coil) having stranded specifications, average weight not less than 13.25 Kg/coil with coverage length of 9 metre including coating of px2 compound (Anti Rust) and fixed in angle iron brackets with and including using necessary scaffolding along the length of wall complete all as specified and directed.

DG SET

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of factory assembled Diesel Engine driven generating set coupled with alternator AC to give continuous output of 75 kVA at a power factor of 0.8 lagging, 415 volts, AC, 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 Hz, 1500 RPM, directly coupled with diesel engine, air cooled, mounted on common base frame complete with in built fuel tank (service tank) of adequate capacity with fuel line, built in electronic governor and accesories, PCC foundation work as per manufacturer's instructions, vibration damper pads, micro processor based relay panel for Automatic starting on Main failure (AMF), control panel showing all parameters of engine and alternator, sound proof canopy and other accessories etc. and confirming to the under mentioned technical specifications as per Central Pollution Control Board for latest norms/regulation and lowest norms/regulation and lowest exhaust emissions meet with new generation with CRDI STD of CPCB-IV+, ISO 8728/ Noise pollution norms of MOEF & certified by ARAI Pune, complete all as specified and directed with following components and specifications: (a) Diesel Engine: Multi cylinders, turbo charged, air cooled at 1500 RPM under NTP conditions IS 4722, BS 5000, IEC 3411, ISO 8528, BS 5514, ISO 3046, conforming to with an overload capacity of 10% for one hour in 12 hours of continuous operation and shall be suitable for tropical condition with the following accesories:(i) Radiator with blower fan or heat exchanger with guard (ii) Pipe coupling for engine cooling system piping (iii) Corrosion inhibitor coolant (iv) Paper element filters- (a) Fuel (b) Lube oil (c) By pass (v) Heavy fly wheel and fly wheel housing complete with starting gear ring to suit flexible coupling duly covered with mud guard (vi) Engine bearing mechanism in fly wheel housing (vii) Shut off coil with safety for LLOP/ HWT/ overspeed with stadard safety device (viii) Dry type air cleaners and vacuum indicators

(b) Alternator:75 KVA at 0.8 PF lagging, 415 Volts, 3 Phase, 4 wire, 50 Hz at 1500 RPM self excited and self regulated with AVR brushless excitation band of voltage +/- 1 % of rated voltage from no load to full load insulation class H, Ip 23 self ventilated and conforming to IS4722, BS5000, IEC 34/1, ISO 8528, BS5514, ISO3046, suitable for above mentioned diesel engine complete all as specified and directed. (c) Acoustic Enclosure: Factory made acoustic enclosure (canopy) having size not less than 2900 mm length x 1100 mm width x 1580 mm height foe the above DG set to reduce noise level to 75 db(A), measured at 1 meter distance @75% load auditable frequencies as per guidelines of CPCB and comprising of following: (i) Sound proof insulation 100 mm thick rock wool (Density 65 kg/cum) (ii) Outer body: Not less than 1.6 mm thick CRCA sheet (iii) Door: 1.6 mm thick CRCA sheet (iv) Inner surface: 1 mm thick powder coated and perforated CRCA/ GI sheet (v) Common base frame: ISMC 250 (d) Battery: Lead acid storage maintenance free battery 12 volts of rating with suitable AH with charging alternator, ammeter as recommended by manufacturer Make: Exide, Amaron, Amco along with copper battery lead and connector (e) Manufacturer's maintenance and operation/ manual of Gen Set - 02 to be supplied

(f) Repair of DG set tools to be supplied as recommended by manufacturer as under: (i) Ring spanner set of 10 - 01 set (ii) Screw driver 6", 9", 12", 14" - 01 No. each (iii) Adjustable spanner set of 10 - 01 No. (iv) Cutting pilers insulated and nose pilers10" and 12" - 01 No. each (v) Techo meter - 01 No. (vi) Tool kit box - 01 No. (g) Maintenance spares for DG set to be supplied as under: (i) All types of filters - 02 set each (ii) V belt - 01 set (h) The engine of DG set shall be suitably conditioned to suit the climatic condition of the station so as to give desired outputs including testing upto 10% overload. The items required for testing of DG set eg. fuel, tools, resistive loads etc. and panel as above shall be provided by the contractor and the rate quoted is deemed to be inclusive of this provision. Testing of DG set shall be carried out as specified.

(MANNING AND OPERATION WORK AFTER COMPLETION OF WORK (PHASE I)(TOTAL FOR 05 (FIVE YEARS)

Manning and Operation and Annual Maintenance for the 11 Months after completion of work Manning and operation of Sewage Treatment plant and other mechanical equipments including any type of submersible pump, DG Set , in three shifts of 8 hrs each per day including Sunday and holidays by providing and deployment of One FGM Skilled in each shift for three shift per day and including disposal of cakes, upkeep cleaning of plant and surrounding areas of installation, maintaining the log sheet, record of daily maintenance, POL consumed reading etc. in proper printed format (as approved by Engineer-in-Charge) in domestic area of Air Force Staion Kanheri Hills, including taking out dry wastage material (cake) from AF Station Kanheri Hills for disposal once in a week without any extra cost for whole year.

All as per above Item No 36.01 but Manning and Operation and Annual Maintenance for the next 11 months after completion period of ser Item No 36.01.

(iv) All type of chemicals required to achieve specified BOD shall be made available by contractor and rate quoted shall be deemed to include this provision.

NOTE: Amount of credit of Rs. 1,28,986.60 for retrieved materials is mentioned in schedule of credit on Srl Page No. 54 of tender documents in pdf form which will be deducted offline while acceptance of tender.
