Providing and fixing in wall lining Cement Fiber Board of Type B, Category III as per IS 14862:2000 (High pressure Steam Cured) with screws etc. complete :

8 mm thick

Providing and fixing removable raised/false access flooring with system and its components of approved make for different plenum height with possible height adjustment upto 50 mm, comprising of modular load bearing floor panels supported on G.I. rectangular stinger frame work and G.I. Pedestal etc. all complete, as per the architectural drawings, as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge consisting of:

(a) Providing at required spacing to form modular framework, pedestals made out of GI tube of thickness minimum 2 mm and 25 mm outer diameter, fully welded on to the G.I. Base plate of size 100mm x 100mm x 3mm at the bottom of the pedestal tube, G.I. pedestal head of size 75mmx75mmx3.5 mm welded with GI fully threaded stud 16mm outer diameter with two GI Check nuts screwed on the stud for level adjustment upto 50mm, locking and stabilizing the pedestal head in position at the required level. The pedestals shall be fixed to the subfloor (base) through base plate using epoxy based adhesive of approved make or the machine screw with rawl plug.

(b) Stringers system in all steel construction hot dipped galvanized of rectangular size 570x20x30x0.80mm thick having holes at both ends for securing the stringers on to the pedestal head using fully threaded screws ensuring maximum lateral stability in all directions, the grid formed by the pedestal and stringer assembly shall receive the floor panel, this system shall provide adequate solid, rigid support for access floor panel, the system shall provide a minimum clear uninterrupted clearance between the bottom of the floor for electrical conduits and wiring etc. all complete as per the architectural drawings, as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

(c) Providing and fixing Access Floor panel of 600x600x32 mm medium grade Filled Steel anti static high pressure Lamination of 800H grade (FS800H). Access Floor panel shall be steel welded construction with an enclosed bottom pan with uniform pattern of 64 hemispherical cones. The top and bottom plates of Steel Gauges: top 0.6 mm and bottom 0.7 mm fused spot welded together (minimum 64 welds in each dome and 20 welds along each flange).

The panel should be Corroresist epoxy coated for lifetime rust protection and cavity formed by the top and bottom plate is filled with Pyrogrip noncombustible Portland cementitious core mixed with lightweight foaming compound. The access floor shall be factory finished with Anti-static High Pressure laminate with Non Warp technology upto 1mm thickness for superior adhesion and Surface flatness within 0.75mm.The panel is to withstand a Concentrated Load of 363 kgs applied on area 25mm x 25mm without collapse in the centre of the panel which is placed on four steel blocks. The panel will withstand and Uniformly Distributed Load (UDL) minimum 1250 kg/sqm and an impact load of 50kg all complete as per the approved manufacturers specification and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. All specification must be printed on the side of the panel to ensure the quality of the product.

450 mm Finished Floor Height (FFH).

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm (+ 0.05 %) total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer in- charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.

Providing and fixing of light duty Milano floor mat/carpet roll of 2.00m width width the following specifications : (i) Construction: Level loop plain (ii) Yarn type : 100%BCF polypropylene (iii) Dye method : Solution dyed (iv) Machine guage : 1/10th (v) Tufted pile height : 4mm(+or-5%) (vi) Tufted pile weight : 400gsm per sqm (viii) Primary backing : Woven polypropylene (ix) Secondary backing : Action back .The rate includes all complete as per the manufacturer's specification and directions of Engineer in charge and nothing extra will be paid on any account.

Providing and fixing roller venetian blinds of approved shade, colour, dust guard treated fabric along with all hardware etc., as per manufacturer's specifications etc., of VISTA LEVELOR make or equivalent . The Venetian blinds should work by pulling a chain to roll the fabric up and down in the window, all complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in -charge (outer to outer area will be measured for payment. )

Erection of available/dismantled steel work in built up sections in angles, tees, flats and channels including all gusset plates, bolts, nuts, cutting rivets, welding etc for shed all complete as per directions of Engineer in charge.

Dismantling of aluminium partitions, doors, windows, including dismembering , proper numbering, stacking and placing all the serviceable material at the designated location at site of work and disposal off unserviceable material all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (Area of partition being dismantled shall be measured for payment)

Making and fixing of aluminum partitions in position including sorting available material of aluminum sections, particle boards, and snap on beading as per the approved drawing including fixing with rawl plugs, screws etc and filling of gaps if any at junctions with wall with sealant wherever required all complete as per the specifications and as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge. Necessary screws, clamps, rawl plugs shall be arranged for fixing partitions . The available aluminium sections, boards, and snap on beading will be supplied by the department at no cost. Area of erected partition having board only shall be measured for payment.

Re-aligning the existing false flooring tiles along with frame work including pedastals, locking of stringer, tightening of check nuts for level adjustment, fixing of base plate with screws for proper placement with available tiles to required height etc., complete as per directions of Engineer in charge.( Rate includes cost of screws, nuts, clamps etc and nothing extra will be paid on any account )

Dismantling existing raised/false access flooring system of 450mm height by dismembering carefully its components comprising of load bearing floor panels , G.I. rectangular stringer frame work and G.I. Pedestals etc including disposal of unserviceable material outside municipal limits and stacking of serviceable material within the building at designated location complete as per directions of Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying 2.00 mm thick polyvinyl chloride sheet in approved shade of make Wonder floor - Robust on a smooth and damp proof base using rubber based adhesives (viz. Dunlop S758, Fevicol SR998 or equivalent) and rolling with light wooden roller weighing about 5 kg including thermal welding of joints to give an jointless look all complete as per manufacture specifications and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Fixing of work stations ( 04 Nos) of each size approximately 1.2 x 0.60 x 1.20 Mtrs which are available at Musheerabad Exchange in the site of the work(Telephone Bhavan) at designated location by dismantling, transportation, stacking and refixing of work stations including all leads, lifts and all other incidental charges all complete as directed by Engineer - in -charge. (Each work station fixed at designated location with all above operations is measured for payment)

Providing and fixing sun control film of make Garware or approved equivalent to glass windows all complete as per manufacture specifications and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing Handcrafted Brass Flower Pot/ Brass Planter/Plant Container for Indoor or Outdoor Plant with Lacquer Finish/Polish (Size: 12 inches x 12 inches x 7.5 inches & Net. Wt. 1.75 - 1.85 k.gms) of brand P-TAL or approved equivalent as approved by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing Air Purifying Areca Palm Indoor live plants 30 cms height with 3 inches pot (White) all complete as directed by Engineer in charge.

Rebate for taking away the existing false flooring materials including all the MS main frame work / supports etc., The material shall be taken away on as is where is basis and the stacked place shall be got cleaned by removing all the unserviceable materials and disposing to the approved municipal dumping ground. (The quoted rate shall not be less than Rs.18/- per kg)
