Shifting/dragging the spare tube nest from top of unit-II at (32 mtr level) Deaerator floor level to Unit-3 Deaerator floor.
Lifting it and placing it on the vent condenser platform and shifting and placing the new tube nest to the vent condenser shell
Positioning the tube nest inside the shell and assembling of water box and all connected pipe lines after providing gaskets and tightening of all flanges stud and nut etc.
Charges for 1 No. 50 T mobile crane for lifting the spare vent condenser tube nest from ‘0’ mtr to ‘32’ mtr height of Deaerator floor and removal of existing tube nest from 32 mtr height to ‘0’ mtr.
