Brick work with Fly ash Brick 25cm x 12cm x 8cm size having crushing strength not less than 75kg / cm2 with dimensional tolerrance + 8% in cement mortar (1:6) in foundation & plinth etc. complete as per the Engineer-incharge.

12mm cement plaster in cement mortar (1:6) finished smooth to brick work after racking out joints including waterring and curring with cost, taxes, royalty and conveyance charges of all material to the worksite and supply of all labour and T&P required for the work etc complete as directed by the Engineer-incharge.

Cement Punning Over the plaster finished smooth including waterring and curring with cost, taxes, royalty and conveyance charges of all material to the worksite and supply of all labour and T&P required for the work etc complete as directed by the Engineer-incharge.

R.C.C. work in C.C. (1:2:4) including hoisting & laying & curring for 28 days using 12mm. Size clean black hard granite crusher broken chips of approve quality and from approve quarry including cost taxes conveyance charges of all materials to the worksite with supply of all labour and T&P required for the work etc complete as directed by the Engineer-incharge.

2.5 cm A.S. Flooring with C.C. (1:2:4) using 12mm size black hard granite crusher broken chips of approve quality for approve quorry including water and curring with cost taxes royalty and conveyance charges of all material to the worksite and supply of all labour and T&P required for the work etc complete as directed by the Engineer-incharge.

b) Chajja/Roof slab

Labour charge for M.S. reinforcement for R.C.C. work including cutting, bending & typing the grills & placing in position including cost of binding wire 18 to 20 guage per Qntl. Including cost of HYSD Still Bar (FE 415/ FE 500)

Filling the foundation and plinth with the excavated material as directed by the Engineer-incharge.

Distempering two coats to walls with Distemper of approved shade on new work to give an even shade exculding cost of Distemper. Per 1 Sqm. complete as per the direction of Engineer – in Charge

Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint of approved shade two coats to NEW work to give an even shade including cost of cement paints. etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer – in Charge.

Writing charge of required information and data on both side of the transperancy pillar including supplying of approved paints and required material for writing etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-incharge.

MS Pannel Door double leafed with MS frame overall size including frame of height 1.2mt x 1.98mt. width for door and shutter of 20 gauge CR sheet pannel as per approved size & specification etc. complete including cost of all materials fitting and fixing the door etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-incharge.

Submersible Pump set to deliver 1.75 LPS at 70 Mtr Head SPECIFICATION: Electrically operated B.E.E certified, star rated submersible pump set coupled to a totally enclosed squirrel cage induction motor of required HP/KW and provided with full length of cable, cable clips, support clamp and other accessories, suitable for operation at 415V +6%-15%, 3 Ph. 50Hz AC power supply. Pump elements must confirm to IS 8034/1989 and motor to IS9283/1979 or its subsequent amendment. BIS & BEE certified pumps is mandatory The Pump set should be suitable to be used in bore well with 150mm housing with maximum over all diameter of 126mm. as per IS specification etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-incharge.

Control Panel suitable to 3.00 H.P and above pump sets Cost towards Control Panel with Direct Online (DOL) starter suitable for operation squirrel cage induction motor up to 3.0 HP and supply voltage

Cost of supply and drawal of XLPE Insulated ( heavy duty) armourd electric cable of size 3 core x 6.00 sqmm Alumunium conductor for use in three phase system in workable Voltage up to 1100 volt at 50 Hz confiming to IS 7098 Part-I 1988 and as per the particulars mentioned.

Construction of 3 phase 11 KV line as per REC standard confiming to RE Rules 1956 with 300 Kg. 9 Mtr Lone PSC pole Support in 50 Mtr Span, 55 sqmm AAA Conductor with double disc arangement, 11 KV "V" cross arm with required nos of 11 KV B'&S disc. Insulators and 11 KV pin insulators, carping & padding .of poles, danger board at each pole, anticlimbing devices, Stay set at each bending point and double stay at end point with 18mm G.I. Schedule C

Conducting VES Test 3 nos for each borewell including 20% cost on failed VES Test as per direction of Engineer in-charge

Labour for drilling a perfecty vertical bore hole of 200mm dia for over burden and 150 mm dia for hard rock specified dia for a specified depth below ground level through consolidated and uncnisolidațed rock with down the hole hammer drillng rigs or Combination drilling rigs with PLC facility (1200 cfm/ 300 psi) as reguired to suit the site condition as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge including use of own Rigs with its assessories, tools, plants and consumables etc. for lowering of 200mm dia PVC/GI pipes for housing with socket and with or without well screen as per the necessity for soft, medium, hard and boulder fomation (GI/PVC casing pipes if required to prevent collaps of over burden is to be provided by the contract including lowering and withdrawing after completion of the bore well) up to 150 mtr.

Lowering the casing pipe of 200mm dia without slotted pipes.as per the necessity from ground level up to 45 mtrs depth and fitted and fixed up in perfecty vertical position, including cutting, threading and slotted pipe and supply and fixing all jointing materials, tools and plants etc. complete and keeping the top of the casing pipe threaded ihcluding plugging the Bore well to prevent entry of foreign materials from above (0 to 30 mtr and above).

Cost of 200mm dia PVC(SCH-80)) Casing pipes of reputed make as per IS- 12818/2010 specificatlon, manufacturer name should prominently be marked with CIPET Test certification in the body of the pipe in indelible ink or stenciled to the satisfaction of Engineer-In charge.

Cleaning and developing the bore well using their own compressor contineously worked till clear and adequate discharge is obtained from the well Including supply and use of all necessary equlpment and labour as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Conducting yield test through pumplng for minlmum 6 to 8 hours Including supply of required pump set having 3.50 LPS at 70 mtr head, 15 KVA D.G. Set and a contalner of 200 Ltrs capaclty, as required to suit the site conditlon as per the dlrectlon of the Engineer-in-charge Including supply of tools plants labourers for lowering and lifting the pump set and measuring the yield of the bore well.
