M&L for Testing of dielectric strength of transformer oil of indoor/outdoor type transformer, 11 KV / 433 volt, filteration of transformer oil by passing through filtration plant to remove moisture, improving di-electic strength to above 40 KV for 1 minute including new transformer oil for filling/ toping up & testing after filtration complete all as specified and as directed. (Note :- NewTransformer oil will be measured and paid separately under relavent Item

M&L for toping / filling up / replacement of transformer oil with 50 KV di-electric strength complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for replacement of Silica Gel breathers including silica gel, suitable for transformers 11 KV / 433 Volts of the following capacity :-

M & L for replacement of thermometer (oil temperature gauge) for indoor type transformer, complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for Disconnecting of LT and HT cable carefully from Transformer and draining out transformer oil, Removing transformer top cover and dismantling of 4 Nos LT bushing and 3 Nos of HT bushing,Tap changer to attending leakage problem with oil seal and all gaskets and replacing the burn out HT / LT bushing and copper Studs including necessary tools and plant and re assembling complete all as specified and as directed for the following capacity :- Note :- (i) Oil seal and all Gaskets are deemed to be including in coated rate. (ii) New Transformer oil ,HT,LT bushing and studs will be measured and paid separatley under relavant Item No.)

(b) 315 / 250 / 200 / 160 / 100 KVA / 400 KVA

Supply only Bushing on HT Side with copper rod complete all as directed for following capacity transformers :-

Disconnecting the electric cable connections , taking out the voltage stablizer from its posotion at any sites situation with the help of suitable pully / crane and transporting the voltage stablizer to workshop for carrying out necessary repairs and bringing back and re-install in its original place, of capacity upto 75 KVA complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only plastic sleeve suitable for moving arm unit (male & female) type suitable for existing HT 11 KV breaker complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for disconnecting and dismantling the existing indoor type, 11 KV, 25kA / 18.3 kA Horizontal Isolation horizontal draw out type VCB trolly of rupturing capacity 350 MVA,630 / 800 Amps from location and including replacement of unserviceable / damaged spare parts and repair / overhauling and carrying out with the following complete all as specified and as directed . Note :- Spare parts will be measured and paid separately under relavent Item No

(i) Inspecting / overhauling of manual / motorised spring drive mechanism by checking mechanism, motor and gear assembly, big gear assembly, stop bolt assembly, main shaft interlocking assembly, closing spring assembly, small cam with screw,motor cut -off limit switch, butter fly swtich assembly and apply multi grease lubricant to function smoothly.

(ii) Inspecting / overhauling of Shunt trip / Closing coil assembly,earthfault release assembly, auxilary switch and checking of electrical wiring system.

(iii) Inspecting / overhauling /cleaning and inspecting through insulators, vacuum interupters by carbon cleaner solution and apply dry graphite conductive sealant (STNVAC) for electrical contacts to avoid carbon deposits on contact surfaces.

(iv) Inspecting / cleaning / overhauling of bus bar chamber by checking of bus bars, spout insulators, space heaters and removing dust with vacuum cleaner / Blower and moisture by hot air blower and checking tightness of bus bars, insulators and applying STRIPPEX (A), STRIPPEX (B) insulating coating (STANVAC Make) and HT tape and test with High Voltage (DC) and meggering before and after high voltage test complete.

(v) Inspecting / cleaning / overhauling of CT / PT chamber by checking of Bus bars, spout insulators, space heaters, PTs, CT's and checking of wiring system and removing dust with vacuum cleaner / blower and moisture by hot air blower and checking tightness of bus bars, insulators and applying Anti Tracking Paint (STANVAC) on CT's and insulators and HT 11KV Tape.

(vii) Assembling all items / components parts to the respective postion and testing the breaker with High Voltage (DC) and meggering before and after high voltage test complete.

M&L for Repair / Overhauling existing indoor type, Load Break Switch / RMU, 11 KV, SF 6, Switch Gear Panel and carrying with following and including replacement of un serviceable / damaged spare parts complete all as specified and as directed. Note : - Spare parts will be measured and paid separately under relavant Item No

(i) Inspecting / overhauling of Manual / motorised spring drive mechanism by checking mechanism, Motor and gear assembly, Big gear assembly, stop bolt assembly, Main shaft interlocking assembly, closing spring assembly, small cam with screw, motor cut -off limit switch, Butter fly switch assembly and apply Multi grease (Stanvac) lubricant to function smoothly.

(ii) Inspecting / overhauling of assembly, earth fault release assembly, tripping coil, auxiliary switch and checking of electrical wiring system

(iii) Inspecting / overhauling / cleaning and inspecting insulators, vacuum interrupters, gas Chamber by carbon cleaner solution and apply dry graphite conductive sealant (Stanvac) for electrical contacts to avoid carbon deposits on contact surfaces.

(iv) Assembling all items / components parts to the respective position and testing the breaker with High Voltage (DC) and Meggering before and after high voltage test complete.

(v) Overhauling/testing of Metering Panel including CT and PT

M&L for HT 11 KV cable XLPE / PILCA cable fault locating by removing the both ends of the cable and locating the fault with Fault Locating Machine with necessary manpower for excavating the faulty area and making the faulty cable as servicable with suitable size of Straight through joint kit etc complete all as specified and as directed. (Note :- End terminations / Straight Through joint kits will be measured and paid separately under relavent Items 22 to 24 of BOQ)

M&L disconnect the HT/LT connection taking out the transformer from its plinth at any situation with the help of suitable cran and transporting the transformer civil work shop for carring out necessary repairs and bringing back and re-install its original place of capacity upto 400 KVA. complete all as specified and as directed.

Description all as per Ser Item No 17 above but Transformer Capacity is above 400 KVA to 1000 KVA complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rewinding of HV winding with DPC insulated enamelled copper wire and as per manufacturer's specifications complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rewinding of LV winding with DPC insulated enamelled copper wire and as per manufacturer's specifications complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for shifiting of distribution transformer (11 KV / 0.433 KV) of capacity 400 / 250 / 160 / 200/ 100 KVA from its existing location to its proposed location after taking necessary shut down, disconnection of HT / LT cables, earthing connections and including necessary loading / unloading charges and hire charges of hydraulic lifting machines and necessary connections to HT / LT cables, earthing connections etc.in new location complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Checking /repairing of outdoor non wall type 11 KV Package compact sub station (PSS) (a) CT , (b) PT , (c) Relays and testing of of inter connection & earthing between HT Switch gears and LT switch gear with complete control wiring , over curret relay , earth fault relay , calibretation of all HT relays considering time delay and IDMT features by engaging well experince OEM/Reputed Company Rep for assessing the fault witinin the faulty circuit and rectified the same for smooth function of Compact Substataion with 1000 KVA transformer ,630 Amp HT switch gear /LBS and LT switch gear complete all as specified and as directed. . Note : - Spare part will be measured & paid separetly.

(iii) Inspecting / overhauling /cleaning and inspecting through insulators, vacuum interupters by carbon cleaner solution and apply dry graphite conductive sealant (STNVAC) for electrical contacts to avoid carbon deposits on contact surfaces.

(iv) Inspecting / cleaning / overhauling of bus bar chamber by checking of bus bars, spout insulators, space heaters and removing dust with vacuum cleaner / Blower and moisture by hot air blower and checking tightness of bus bars, insulators and applying STRIPPEX (A), STRIPPEX (B) insulating coating (STANVAC Make) and HT tape and test with High Voltage (DC) and meggering before and after high voltage test complete.

(v) Inspecting / cleaning / overhauling of CT / PT chamber by checking of Bus bars, spout insulators, space heaters, PTs, CT's and checking of wiring system and removing dust with vacuum cleaner / blower and moisture by hot air blower and checking tightness of bus bars, insulators and applying Anti Tracking Paint (STANVAC) on CT's and insulators and HT 11KV Tape.

M&L for servicing and repairing of APFC panel including checking and repairing of falulty ciricuit and rectify the same complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for filling of SF6 gas as per Manufacturer specifications complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and as directed

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each not exc 0.5 cum, getting out, removing and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point to a distance not exc 250 mtr etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Cement concrete in PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 mix using with 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations, fencing post hole filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Providing reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 ( using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in Pre-cast RCC fencing posts, straining or terminal posts, struts etc. for fencing, average sectional area exceeding 100 sq. cm, with or without chamfered angles and flat, splayed, rounded or mitred tops etc including necessary form work complete all specified and as directed.

M&L for MS TMT bars 6 to 8 mm dia cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.90 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

Description all as per Ser item No 29 herein before but 5 mm and over upto and including 10 mm dia bars as in stirrups, spacers and binders etc completes all as specified and as directed.

Supply only chain link MS galvanisd fencing, any size or type as approved by the Engineer-in-Charge complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for mild steel round bars 10 mm to 12 mm dia as required, made to shape for securing chain link fencing etc., and similar works conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, length of bolt exc 15 cm and n exc 22.5 cm long, dia of shank 11 to15 mm, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for Mild steel works such as angle iron, flat iron for securing fencing post in vertical and in gates, ladders, grills, guard bars, railing, and silimar works etc confirming to Fe 410-0 or Fe 310-0 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying one coat of aluminium paint complete all as specified and as described.

S&F Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. complete all as specified and as directed (Note :- eachline wire to be measured)

M&L for loose filling with aggregate of gauge 40 mm of broken stone or boulders, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface of transformer and two pole / four pole structure complete all as specified and as directed.
