Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing precast reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) in cover slabs (for manholes etc), shelves and similar articles with plain faces including necessary moulds and setting in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE: Reinforcement to be measured and paid separately under respective item here-in-after.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over in reinforcement cut to length bent to shape required incl cranking bending, spirally for hooping for column, hooking ends and binding with and including MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing, cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) in lintels up to 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings up to 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and as directed. Note : The rates include for use of formwork (straight or curved).

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling, and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with old size fly ash bricks straight or curved on plan to any radius half brick thick wall built in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick work with old size fly ash bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1: 6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling brick tiles any size laid bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of mud or any other material of any description over RCC roof slab in any thickness and removing the same out side MOD land, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof padding (levelling course), n'exc 50mm average thickness, finishing the surface fair & even complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 on fair faces of concrete surfaces /roof top, mixed with liquid water proofing compound @ 200ml per 50 Kg cement, finished surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Liquid WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for applying high performance polyurethane liquid membrane waterproofing coating on roof in two layer complete as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed. The treatment shall be carried out in following steps:- (i) Step 1: clean the roof surface thoroughly to make it free of dust, dirt, grease, and other debris. (ii) Step 2 : Fix the cracks on the surface bed by cutting it into the V section, followed by cleaning and filling with polyurethane-based crack filling compound and white cement in the ratio of 1: 2. (iii) Step 3 : Substrate should be neutralized using the acid application to remove the alkalinity. (iv) Step 5 : Apply a pack of polyurethane primer coat to the surface as an adhesive coat, and allow to dry completely for at least 8 hours.

Contd/... (v) Step 6 : Two successive finishing coats with polyurethane liquid membrane must be applied by brush/roller/spray. Each coating must be dried for at least 12 hours before applying the subsequent coating. After Geotextile fabric of 40 GSM to be applied over first coat while first coat is still wet . This PU coating has to be continued 150 mm up the parapets or walls and at least 100 mm into the rainwater pipes. (vi) The final polyurethane coating is sprinkled with a layer of 300 microns of sand. NOTE:- (a) The contractor shall submit a guarantee of 10 years from the date of completion of work for waterproofing treatment along with manufacturer's guarantee. The amount @ Rs. 40 (Forty) per Sqm and subject to min of Rs. 4000/- shall be retained from final bill till the expiry of guarantee period. The contractor at his own option may furnish fix deposit receipt in lieu duly plaged in favour of GE (East) Prayagraj. (b) The water proofing shall be carried out by authorised applicator of manufacturer. The name of applicator shall be got approved in writing from GE within 30 days since commencement of work.

NOTE CONTD/... (c) Liquid membrane @ 1.5 Kg/Sqm/ 2 coats and epoxy primer @ 0.15Kg/Sqm shall be applied. The liquid membrane shall strictly as per relevant IS code/BIS code. (d) Each stage (preparation of surface, priming, Ist coat and 2nd coat) shall be got approved from GE in writing before execution of successive stage. (e) Production of Purchase vouchers for full quantity duly defaced by Engg-in-charge is mandatory requirement for release of payment. The same shall be recorded in MB. (f) The entiar work shall be caryout through aouthorize applicator by the manufacture of liquied membrian. The cntractor shall submit a "Memorandom of Undersatnding (MOU) with the manufacturer with in 30 days from the date of commenement of work. Non submision of MOU with in spacified time shall sufecient ground for cancelation of contract. (g) The liquied membrain shall have the properaty as per ASTM i.e. elongtion of 300% to 700%, bracking abelity of 2.5mm and tensile strenth not less than 3N / Sqmm.

NOTE CONTD/... (h) Contractor shall caryout a ponding test for 72 hrs for testing of any leakage/sepage. The cost of same shall deem to be included in the coated rates. The pament of this item shall we subjected to successfull tested.

Dismantling, floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises.

M&L for Coloured Non - skid Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 15 mm thick screed bedding in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Coloured Non - skid Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick, area of each tile exceeding 0.18 Sqm but not exceeding 0.38 Sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 15 mm thick screed bedding in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Coloured Non - skid Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick, area of each tile exceeding 0.18 Sqm but not exceeding 0.36 Sqm, in vertical surface, skirting set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 Complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Coloured Glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 450mm X 300mm X 7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match including 10mm thick plaster in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab (area not less than 0.30 Sqm and width not less than 0.50m each slab) in flooring, 18- 20mm thick laid over and including 20mm screed bedding in cement mortar (1:6), jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Kota stone slab (area not less than 0.30 Sqm and width not less than 0.50m each slab), 18- 20mm thick in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid over and incl 10mm thick plaster in cement mortar (1:3), jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 20 mm thick Granite slab (in single full length) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window- cills, cooking platforms and like in 20 mm thick cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Rounding to edges of stone slabs one edge/half rounded, such as in steps, cooking platform, and other similar situations complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) incl chequered tiling and Paver blocks complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection, finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6 type-C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in Sub floors, Sub bases, Floors and Pavings, etc, finished surface even and even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4, mixed with liquid water proofing compound @ 200ml/50Kg cement complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE: Liquid water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately under respective item here-in-under.

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick on concrete surface in ceiling in CM 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of Oil bound distemper (smooth wall finish) in approved colour/shade over a coat of primer over 2 mm thick wall care putty complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for preparation of old plastered surface and applying two coat of oil bound distemper on walls including complete removal of existing treatment complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted surface by complete removal of existing treatment by scrapping with mechanical wall sander (having mechanical vacuum mechanism) using 80grade sanding pad and make the surface free from dust, loose paint etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for two coats of water based premium acrylic smooth exterior emulsion paint of approved colour over and including one coat of acrylic water based interior /exterior grade primer @ 0.9 ltr (undiluted)/10 sq mtrs mixed with water in 1:1 ratio over waterproof cement based putty @ 1 Kg (undiluted) per sqm over prepared surface of wall and sanding of the putty surface with mechanical wall sander using sanding pad of 240 Grit or above to make the surface even and smooth complete and make it free from dust etc. complete all as specified and directed. NOTES:- (a) The paint shall have silicon additive & Color stay Technology, Excellent Dirt Pick up resistance, anti algal properties and low VOC (less than 50 gram/ litre) as per the LEEDS specifications, (b) Consumption of paint shall not be less than 1.79 Kg/10Sqm for two coats where as for primer it shall not be less than 0.90 ltr/10 Sqm for one coat.

NOTE Contd/... (c) The smart periodical services shall be got executed through authorized applicator of manufacturer whom painting materials is proposed to use. The approval of GE in writing for name of applicator and MOU with him is mandatory requirement. before execution of work. (d) Production of Purchase vouchers for full quantity duly defaced by Engg-in-charge is mandatory requirement for release of payment. The same shall be recorded in MB. (e) No material brought st site shall be allowed to incorporate in the work without approval of GE in writing. (f) All painting work i.e removal of existing treatment, application of putty, primer and paint, sanding putty surface etc shall be done through grinding or spray machine of appropriate capacity and specifications.

Taking down eaves gutters and rainwater pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks, etc., incl cleaning or refixing or removal to store (measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fittings and accessories) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for sunken portion treatment in following steps and procedure given below:- (a) Taking out complete filling from shuken portion including demolition of existing floor and underneath layers of any thickness and description compete. (a) Making provision of drainage spout using 40mm dia bore light grade GI pipe up to outside of outer wall (Approx 450mm to 600mm long) including making hole in wall and sealed properly after putting spout pipe with rich cement mortar mixed with sealant compound. (b) Clean the sunken surfaces (bottom and sides) thoroughly to make it free of dust, dirt, grease, and other debris. (c) Provide 50mm thick PCC 1:1.5:3 type A-0 (using 12.5mm graded stone agg) mixed with waterproofing chemical as per manufacturer instructions , laid in slope towards spout pipe. (d) 15mm thick cement plaster on vertical faces in CM 1:3 mixed with water proofing chemical. (e) Applying two coats of polyurethane liquid membrane waterproofing coating on vertical as well as horizontal surface.

Contd/... (f) Drainage and water supply pipe shall test for leakage properly. If any leakage is observed the same shall be blocked/sealed properly before loose filling in sunken portion. (g) Pond test for sunken portion shall carried out before filling singhals and test report duly signed by Enng-in-charge shall be kept in record. This stage shall be passed in writing by GE. h) Provide 20mm singhals aggregate as filter media, 150mm thick and than PCC1:5:10 type E-2 (using 0mm graded stone aggregate) of required thickness as sub base for floor (j) Provide 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5 mm grade stone aggregate) as base for receiving floor finish.

Contd/... (k) Provision of non skid ceramic coloured joint less tiles (square/ rectangular), 7 to 8 mm thick, area of each tile exc 0.11 Sqm but n'exc 0.18sqm as in floors etc; over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1.6), laid, jointing in neat cement slurry and pointed/filled with epoxy chemical mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles complete all as specified and directed. NOTE : (i) Chemical in various applications shall be shall be used as per manufacturer instructions. (ii) Carpet area shall be measured for payment purpose.

Material and labour for pressure grouting approved crystalline slurry of hydrophilic in nature prepared by mixing integral crystalline slurry with water in ratio as recommended by the manufacturer. The grouting to be carried out by boring inclined holes on damp concrete/ masonary upto ht of 1000mm from floor level by suitable gun/pump at required pressure including cutting of nipples after curing etc. complete as per directions of engineer-in-charge.The fixing and spacing of nozzles shall be at 300mm c/c and the injection pressure shall be as per manufacturer’s instructions completre all as specified and as directed.

Taking down carefully copper/aluminum point wiring (light/fan/socket power) complete, including fixture and fitting such as switches, ceilling roses, pendants, regulators, socket, light fittings etc. removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per condition seperately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc.

Taking down main switches, distribution boards and cut outs etc. of any type and capacity along with the existing boards and removing the same from site and making good the disturbed surface/portion of walls complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully sub main wiring (any nos of wire and size) with earth wire , any description with all accessories complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for modular point wiring for one light point/ fan point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC sheathed/insulated multi stranded 1100 volts grade copper conductor cable in PVC conduit complete all as specified and directed.
