Earth Work in exavation of foundation in hard soil within initial leads of 50m & lifts of 1.5m including dressing and levelling of bed etc. and adding contractor's profit and over head charges, etc. complete in all respect for the work as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying & filling of foundation with course sand well watered and rammed including cost, cost of all labour, carriage, royalty complete in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Cement Concrete (1:3:6) using 4cm size hard granite C.B. metal approved quality from approved quarry including cost, carriage, royalty, cost of all labour. etc complete.

RCC work of M-20 grade in the following Structural building works using 20mm down graded hard black granite Crusher broken aggregates of approved quality from approved quarry including mixing hoisting lowering laying compacting concrete using concrete mixer, vibrator watering and curing for four weeks centering and shuttering and finishing the exposed surfaces smooth as per relevant clauses of section 1700 of MORT&H specification for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision) including hire and running charges of all machineries including cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete as per drawing and Technical Specification and as directed by the Engineer-in- Charge.(Excluding cost of reinforcement & binding wires to be used in the work)RCC work of M-20 grade concrete in Column Base Footing
