Planning, Designing and construction of RCC frame buildings / structures including preparation of Detailed Engineering for development of Architectural, Construction and Structural drawings etc, structure analysis & Design Planning, Design and execution of services i.e, Topography survey, Soil investigation, Site clearance and development, Demolition, Internal water supply, Internal electrification, Road/path/culvert, External electric supply, External water supply, Area Drainage, Sewage disposal, Security wall and Fencing gate, Lightening protection, Fire fighting, DG Set, Lift, Rain water harvesting & Electric chimmey complete as per approved drawings and as per the direction of Engr-in-Charge for the following Buildings and structures . The works shall be executed as per Detailed/technical specifications mentioned in tender, DBR etc. Any other work/ services/ utility, which is not included above but, essential for the completion of project, the same shall be deemed to be included in this item Lump sum price worked out by the contractor, shall also include any statuory clearances and certifications required.

MANNING AND OPERATION OF LIFTS Manning & Operation of electrically operated passenger lift of approved make , type for operation of 8/13 passengers to serve any number of floors by providing services of one lift Attendant [Semi skilled] in each shift on all the days including sunday & holidays in two shifts including taking care of from any pilferage, theft or damage etc. to ensure smooth and trouble free operation of lifts to the entire satisfication of users/department, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Shift Details: The lift shall be operated daily in two shifts.The timings for two shifts of 8 hours each daily i.e. First shift be from 0630 hours to 1430 Hours and Second Shift shall be from 1430 Hours to 2230 Hours. 729 days x 1 Building x 2 shifts/Per day = 1458 shifts - (FMME Pocket) 729 days x 2 Buildings(comprising of 4 blocks) x 2 shifts/Per day = 2916 shifts -(Assay Line Pocket) Note: 02 Persons per shift for 4 Blocks comprising of Two Blocks each in Assay line Pocket

COMPREHENSIVE MAINTENANCE OF LIFTS Comprehensive Maintenance as per OEM manual and repairs of electrically operated passenger lift of approved make , type for operation for the FMME area one No. 08 passengers and 13 passengers, Assay lines Four No. 08 Passengers and Four Nos 13 passengers of 8/13 passengers to serve any number of floors by providing services to ensure smooth and trouble free operation of lifts to the entire satisfication of users/department, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Comprehensive Maintenance throughout 36 Months including saturdays and sundays for a period of 03 years after expiry of defects liability period complete all as specified and directed.
