SECTION-I: REPAIR/MAINT OF GEYSERS AND ALLIED WORKS IN OLD & NEW CANTT Attending of day to day geyser complained taking down, opening up, reassembling, refixing and testing of geyser including replacement of unserviceable parts wherever required at the discretion of the Engr-in- Charge shall be carried out by the contractor for efficient functioning of geyser. The cost of material will be measured and paid seperately for replalacement of parts complete all as specified and directed by EIC. Note: Schedule of repair to electric geyser is catered for attending day to day complaints of different items within the prescribed time schedule as decided by the EIC on complaint slip, failure to attend the complaint within the prescribed time shall attract a penalty of Rs 250 per day per complaint.

Supply and fix as in replacement Heating element 240 V AC single phase of capacity 2 KW (Circular/Triangular) for any type make size of Geysers complete all as specified and directed. ( Make Theeta/Escorts/ISI marked)

Supply and fix as in replacement Heating element 240 V AC single phase of capacity 1.5 KW (Circular/Triangular) for any type make size of Geysers complete all as specified and directed. ( Make Theeta/Escorts/ISI marked)

Supply and fix as in replacement thermostat switch, ISI marked for Geysers of any capacity size type & make etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix as in replacement indicating lamps 230 volts square/round for Geysers of any capacity size type & make etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix as in replacement flexible cable conductor 3 core, 2.5 sqmm and connecting electrically to Geysers of any capacity size type & make etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix as in replacement Geysers inner tank made out of 16 gauge stainless steel sheet for 25 litre capacity Geysers of any type & make etc complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and fix as in replacement Geysers inner tank made out of 16 gauge stainless steel sheet for 50 litre capacity Geysers of any type & make etc complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and fix as in replacement syphon assembly made out of brass with water inlet and outlet, rubber gasket, nuts, bolts and washer of required size for 25 litre Geyser of any size , type , make etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix as in replacement syphon assembly made out of brass with water inlet and outlet, rubber gasket, nuts, bolts and washer of required size for 50 litre Geyser of any size , type , make etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix as in replacement outer cover made out of 22 Gauge MS sheet for 25 litre Geyser duly fitted with side cover and bottom cover plates complete painted with one coat of synthetic enamel (white) paint over one coat of red oxide primer after preparing the surface , complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix as in replacement outer cover made out of 22 Gauge MS sheet for 50 litre Geyser duly fitted with side cover and bottom cover plates complete painted with one coat of synthetic enamel (white) paint over one coat of red oxide primer after preparing the surface , complete all as specified and directed.

Repair to inner steel/copper tank of any size, type, capacity of geyser by brazing and refixing including connections of water and electric supply complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix as in replacement PVC Nylon thread connection 45/60 cm long with nut at both ends suitable for 15 mm bore pipe suitable for geyser complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix as in replacement brass chromium plated connection pipe 450 mm long with two adopter and rubber washers suitable for 15 mm bore pipe suitable for hot water complete all as specified and directed

Supply and filling as in replacement glass wool in Geysers vessel any size capacity complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix as in replacement non return valve 15mm for geysers all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Stop valve cast copper alloy screwed down high pressure with crutch or butter fly handle screwed both ends for iron pipe of bore 15 complete fixed as in repair all as specified and directed. Make : Seiko/GEM/Kingston/SS

Bib tap cast copper alloy chromium plated, fancy type, with capstain head handle screwed down screwed for iron pipe and fixed fo 15mm bore pipe after taking down of old brass bib tap complete all as specified. Make : Seiko/GEM/Kingston/SS

Supply and fix as in replacement pressure release valve on top of Geysers complete all as specified and directed

M&L for sub main wiring with two single core 4.0 Sqmm PVC insulated and unsheathed FRls ,stranded copper conductor cable drawn through pvc conduit 25 mm dia incl 2.5 Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed FR stranded copper conductor cable as earth wire all as specified and directed.MAKE:finolex,polycab,havells,gloster.

Supply and fix SPN enclosure with two pin and earth metal plug incl mcb sp 20 amp complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix plug top 15 Amp suitable for Geysers of capacity 25/50 ltr complete all as specified and directed

fixing of geyser of capacity 25/35/50 litre incl anchor bolt for fixing of geyser on wall complete all directed.

SECTION-II: REPAIR TO SOLAR WATER HEATING SYSTEM IN OLD & NEW CANTT Attending of day to day Solar Water Heating System complaints taking down, opening up, reassembling, refixing and testing of Solar Water Heating System including replacement of unserviceable parts wherever required at the discretion of the Engr-in- Charge shall be carried out by the contractor for efficient functioning of Solar Water heating System. The cost of material will be measured and paid seperately for replalacement of parts complete all as specified and directed by EIC. Note: (i) Schedule of repair to Solar Water heating System is catered for attending day to day complaints of different items within the prescribed time schedule as decided by the EIC on complaint slip, failure to attend the complaint within the prescribed time shall attract a penalty of Rs 250 per day per complaint. Notes: (ii) Irrespective of weather mentioned in any particular item of schedule 'A' or not the taking down, opening up, reassembling, refixing, transportation for workshop and back and testing of system wherever required at the discretion of the Engr-in- Charge shall be carried out by the contractor at his on expenses for efficient functioning. Cost of these elements shall deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted by the contractor against respective item of this schedule. Note: All repair to Solar water heating system shall be carried out from an authorized person of the manufacturer of the system and proof there of shall be produced to the GE before undertaking repairs. Contractor is advised to visit the site to ascertain the model and manufacturer of system before quoting his rates.

Supply and fix as in replacement electric heating element of 3 KW suitable for thermostat housing of Solar water heater of 200/500 liter as per sample of any size capacity.

Supply and fix as in replacement thermostat switch for Solar water heater of 200-500 litres capacity.

Descaling of solar water heating tank of 200/500 litres capacity.

M&L for brazing/welding to hot water storage tank of solar water heater of 200-500 litre capacity made of stainless steel (IA SI-304) 1.6 mm thick.

Replacement of PVC hose pipe for Solar water heating system 200/500 litres capacity including clamps , washers, bolts etc where-ever required..

Replacement of temperature gauge 0 to 120 degree Centigrade 8" long for 200-500 litres capacity water heater.

M& L for argon welding of solar heating copper/ iron tank any type, any size of solar geyser including necessary cleaning and necessary connections ,fittings complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for solar flat plate collector with all necessary accessories complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for solar heating tank of size 200 LPD capacity with heat exchanger complete including insulation with glass/rock wool and outercover of specific thickness necessary connections ,fittings complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for solar heating tank of size 500 LPD capacity with heat exchanger complete including insulation with glass/rock wool and outercover of specific thickness necessary connections ,fittings complete all as specified and directed.

Load line distribution board SPN, 2 ways, single door, powder coated sheet metal enclosure fitted with 32 Amps MCB SPN (out going) with adjustable release complete fixed as in repair all as specified. Make : Legrand/ Indo Asian/L&T/Havells
