REPAIRS TO ROOF TREATMENT AND RECTIFICATION OF SEEPAGE LEAKAGE AND CERTAIN ALLIED WORKS IN CERTAIN BUILDINGS AT DIAT GIRINAGAR PUNE 25

Taking down cement plaster from brick / concrete/ stone surfaces including racking out joint , hacking for key and scrubing down with water etc all as complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion, white or tinted over average 3 mm thick wall care putty complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendring 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 on walls, finishing surfaces even and smooth w/o using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note : 1. mixed with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement complete all as specified. 2. Water Proofing compound shall be measured and paid for seprately as "Supply Only"

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick on concrete surfaces or surfaces other than fair face of brick work in CM 1:6 finishing surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 5 mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 on concrete surface of ceiling, finished even and smooth using without extra cement ccomplete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of surfaces and applying 2 mm thick wall care putty (water proofing ) on walls internally or externally complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new distembered wall surfaces and applying two coat of oil bound distemper over a coat of approved primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation /repairs of plastered or unplastered old decorated surfaces of ceiling etc. incl pillasters and cornices etc. incl brooming down of steel wire brushing scrapping down smoke soot moulds moss and efflorescence salts and trading oil and grease spot, washing etc. and applying one coat of white lime wash complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation /repairs of plastered or unplastered old decorated surfaces of walls etc. incl pillasters and cornices etc. incl brooming down of steel wire brushing scrapping down smoke soot moulds moss and efflorescence salts and trading oil and grease spot, washing etc. and applying one coat of white lime wash complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated surface of any description over 10 cm width or girth, walls , soffits/facia of chajja / roof slab etc and applying one coat of cement base paint at any height of bldg including necessary scaffolding required for painting work, safety measures complete all as specified and directed.
