CONCRETE PAVEMENT Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees of girth up to 300 mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, up to a lead of 1000 metres including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness as per MORD technical specification cluase 201.1. & direction of Engineer-in-charge (by manual means).

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all leads and lifts, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 by mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5 and as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

Construction of embankment with approved materials deposited at site from roadway cutting and excavation from drain and foundation of other structures graded and compacted to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5 and as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

Excavation for road work in soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, inaccordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections, and transporting to the embankement location with a lift of up to 1.5m and lead up to 1000m as per techincal specification clause 302.3 of MoRD and as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Fillling sand in foundation trenches as per drawing and technical specification Clause 305.3.9 & as per direction of Engineer in charge

Providing & laying Plain Cement Concrete M-15 equivalent to Nominal Mix (1:2.5:5)in open foundation as per drawings & Technical Specification clauses 802,803,1202 & 1203 of MORD and as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Construction of granular sub-base Gr.III using Sand & Moorum Admixture by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with tractor with ordinary grader on prepared surface mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401 of MoRD and as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Construction of Cell filled cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type concrete strength M30 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383 with minimum cement content of 350kg per cum, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 20 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14-days, and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
