Mauintence of garden area about 1.5 Acreat BSNL Bhawan/ P&T Officer's Enclave Char Imlii by engaging sufficient man power on regular basis for weeding , mowing , watering , manicure forking the ground , top dressing with manure mixed soil , mixing the same with forked soil . Maintenance of existing trees shrubs ,creepers hedges and ground covers etc spread over entire campus ,including their pruning , trimming of big trees weeding , hoeing , watering with available water and cleaning of area and disposal of rubbish and garbage etc. Proper tools and equipment such as long cutters , scissors , ladder, grass cutting machine etc shall be provided by contractor . (no extra payment shall be made for tools and equipment), all complete as per direction of Engineer in charge .

Providing and displaying of Areca Palm having ht. 1.20 m to 1.50 m with 5 to 6 suckers, well developed, fresh and healthy with lush green foliage in 25 cm size of Earthen pot/Plastic pot & as per direction of the officer-in-charge.

Supplying, filling, spreading & leveling crushed stone aggregate(BT) of size range 5 mm to 10 mm, over the existing layer of consolidated moorum, in required thickness, for all leads & lifts, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :
