Laying and raising of 450 mm dia Ash slurry M.S pipes along with MS bends from the discharge end up to morcha nala which includes transportation of pipe and its accessories at erection site including cutting, grinding as well as welding, tightening of coupling, bolts& nuts rubber gaskets(if required) including cost of srveying, labour,T&P etc required for proper completion of the work.
Fabrication of MS bends of 450 mm NB size pipe as per requried angle along turning points including its transportation, its fixing, welding etc including cost of all labour material, T&P etc required for the proper completeion of work.
Fabrication and erection of new steel structure / support / platform by using MS angle / channel / plates / tubes or any type of steel section along the ash slurry pipe line / other areas as specified so as to raise its height as per requirement.
Gas cutting required for cutting the Scrap pipe for making base support etc
Engagement of hydra.
Providing & Laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, including the cost of material 1 cement:1.5 coarse sand:3 graded stone aggregate
Engagement of Tractor trailor for the work of sorting out the scrap pipes from the bushes from inside plant up to discharge end.
