Repair/maint of LT cables, LT panels, street light and allied works under external electrification at DSCC Bhopal

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.50m wide and n exc 1.50m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil for laying cables, erection of poles complete all as specified.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc. 25 cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified.

Removing surplus excavated soil n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n-exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point.

Supply and laying sand cushioning for the purpose intrenches and laying of cables in duct/trench including and consiolidation all as specified and directed.

S&F Sub-Class B Brick, well burnt, laid width-wise along the length of Cable laid in Trenches over Sand Cushion laid for UG Cable Protection, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down/out unserviceable UG Cables of any Cross Sectional Area and Connections including Bricks, GI Pipes, etc. of any descriptions, laid in Trenches and/or fixing with Walls/Poles including Segregating of Serviceable Materials viz Bricks, Cables, GI Pipes, etc. and keep in Safe custody for re-use, complete all as specified and as directed. (NOTE : Earth Work shall be Measured and Paid for separately under relevant Items).

Relaying UG Cable (Serviceable Cable obtained from item No. 6.00 here-in-before) of any size or any description after carry out repair such as joining with Epoxy Joint and making Connection by using Lugs and Testing, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and replace in repairs, XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor 11000 Volts grade laid in trenches/floor or fixed on wall/pole including brass compression cable gland, terminal lug etc complete all as specified for the following:-

95 Sqmm 3.5 Core

185 Sqmm 3.5 Core

Supply & fixing MCCB, suitable for rotary handle TYPE 440 volt AC, 50 Hz, 3 pole, rupturing capacity 35 KA of capacity 160 Amps.

Supply and fix in repairs of Integral pole mounted decorative LED Post-top IP65 elegantly designed die-cast aluminium housing and high grade aluminum heat sink for efficient thermal management, studiness and excellent corrosion resistance. 4 nos. die-cast aluminium arms are provided to support the housing. Powder coated black after shochromate treatment. 45 watt, LED post top with IP65 protection, complete.

M & L for replacement of streetlight energy saving & environmental friendly long life LED street light of cap 70 w made up of pressure die-cast aluminium roadway luminaire with high efficient LED lighting source with toughened glass having IP 66 protection and impact resistance of IK07, after taking down the old unserviceable one complete all as directed specified and directed.

M&L for scratching out old bubbled paint, finishing the surface two coats of black with synthetic enamele paint of 1st quality to street light pole of any height 4.0 mtr , all as per site including 30 cm height from base to pole to be painted with red synthetic enamele above embedded level, including pole number stencil writting with yellow colour enamel paint on black colour circular base) with two coat of lime wash on pole coping all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for scratching out old bubbled paint, finishing the surface with powder coated (smock green) two coats synthetic enamele paint of 1st quality to LT panels at various location in DSCC campus including Panel number writting with blue colour enamel paint all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for disconnect the elect supply including taking out and refixing in position, connecting, commissioning after repair/replacement of unserviceable parts of ACB’s of capacity upto 1000A as follows :- Make : Merlin (as per existing). Note: Quoted rates to be deemed as inclusive of Spare parts.

Replacement of castle lock (Z244C) as existing-02 nos

Replacement of Gear mother (ZMCH) as existing-02 nos

Replacement of earth fault relay (ZEFR) 415 V, AC 50 HZ, 3 phase, 3 wire system-02 nos

Replacement of auxiliary contact (601) as per existing make and rating-02 nos

Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60cmx 6.3mm thick buried direcly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 meters below normal ground level with the top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 meters below ground level connected to galvanized iron strip 32 x 6 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers made out of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No.5 of SSR part I and earth wire protected by galvanized pipe light grade 25 mm bore and thorugh test point including necessary earth work and excavation in any type of strata, and repair to GI light grade 20mm bore watering pipe with funnel and wire mesh, PCC 1:2:4 type B1 chamber with 40mm thick RCC 1:2:4 type B1 design mix cover slab with 6mm kdia MS bars at 100mm c/c both ways with MS Hook 6mm dia MS bars etc complete all as specified and directed and testing on completion.

M & L for GI tube light grade laid in trenches or fixed on wall, floor or on pole with aluminium camp of size 25 x 3mm of suitable length with bolts, nuts and washer of suitable size for cable protection complete all as specified for the following size:-
