To perform such services and execute such works upon the terms and conditions contained or referred to in the tender documents as may be demanded and as are enumerated in the MES standard schedule of rates 2009 Part-I (Specifications) and 2020 (Part-II Rates) hereinafter and in IAFW-2249 referred as the MES schedules with Errata / Amendment No. 1 to 3 for Part-I & Errata/amendments Serial No.1 to 122 including Section-30 (Runway & Pavement) for Part-II as applicable to the said Schedules during the period of one year from the date of Acceptance read in conjuctions with condition 19 of GCC IAFW-2249 (ie from the date of submission of performance security deposit by the contractor) at the rates in the aforesaid MES Schedule and at such other rates as may be fixed under the provisions of Condition 62 of IAFW-2249 (General Conditions of Contracts).
