Excavation in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth, for foundation of PCC/Steel pole, laying of cable in trenches etc and getting out in hard / dense soil complete all as specified and directed. Note: Any damages to the existing water line/ HT/LT/OFC Cables etc is responsible of contractor for repair/replacement.

All as per item No 1 above but depth exc 1.5 mtr but not exc 3 mtr.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in soils complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (soils) n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and spreading of riddled earth sand in trenches/ transformer yard/ two pole structure yard for cable protection complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Punned thickness only shall be measured for payment purpose.

Supply and Laying bricks, common burnt clay building bricks, sub class 'B' of old size 230 x 115 x 75 mm laid across in trenches for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete in foundation (1:4;8) type D2 using 40 mm graded broken stone aggregate for base or foundation complete as specified

M&L of PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping including necessary formwork complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying, connecting by using lugs, nuts & bolts, testing LT UG cable XLPE insulated 1100 volts grade heavy duty 4 core 10 Sqmm with aluminium stranded conductor served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape armoured with galvanized steel strip and overall PVC sheathed, nominal cross sectional area incl connecting and testing, complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Earthwork, cable protection, pipe etc shall be measured and paid for separately under relevant items.

M&L for road crossing/drain crossing by adopting trench less tunneling work through specified pipe jacking method by erecting the equipment to true to the alignment and gradient by hydraulic pipe jacking technique complete including tunneling, excavation in any type of soils including hard rock, HDPE pipe upto 75 mm dia of max length 15 m including jointing materials to carry LT UG cables of size upto95 Sqmm and necessary conveyance charges of machinery and other required materials in co-ordination with the concerned authorities complete all as specified and as directed including refilling and making good of disturbed surface . Supply and laying GI tubing light grade of size 40 mm for cable protection on road/drain/floor/pole including necessary clamps 40x4mm complete all as specified and directed

Supplying, erecting and fixing steel tubular swaged poles with cast iron base plate of size 300mm x 300mm x 6mm, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws for type 410 SP-31 (9.0 mtrs long) including painting with two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide primer on all exposed surfaces and tarring with black bituminous paints to embedded portion in PCC and providing 3 Nos of 30cm wide circular bands with black & yellow paint starting from plinth level at a gap of 30 cm in between 2 bands and numbering of poles, in yellow paint over black painted back ground at a height of 2m from bottom of pole with 5 cm large bold letters 2" (inch) wide including taking down old unserviceable PCC poles of any type complete all as specified and directed. Note: Excavation, earth work, PCC in foundation and coping shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of this schedule.

S&F hot press moulded SMC junction/terminal box of size with internal diamensions of 200 x 140 x 95 mm with hinged door, incl provision of 4 way connector 415 Volts, 32 AMPS made out of polycarbonate or bakelite and 1 No MCB SP of 6 Amps with DIN bar, drilling holes for cable connections, connecting incoming and or out going cables by providing suitable of size of cable lugs and PVC glands, fixed on pole by means of 2 SETS OF clamps complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for street light bracket made out of 40 mm dia GI pipe medium grade 1.5 mtr long complete with 2 sets of FI clamps made out of 40x5 MS flat & nuts, bolts & washer including painting to clamp two coat of aluminium silver paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 11 KV grade cable for outdoor termination , heat shrink type, joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE, armoured, Al conductor cable of size 70 sqmm to 120 sqmm

Advance Maintenance Free GI SAFE EARTHING Electrode with PIPE of not less than 50 mmOuter dia (THICKNESS NOT LESS THAN 2.5 MM) and two meter length. The electrode should be of galvanised (80-100 micron) along with earth lead as Galvanised steel strip of size 32 X 6 mm 7.5 m. The GI electrode shall be pre filled with crystalline conductive material (CCM). The GI electrode shall be surrounded with 25 kg Back fill compound to provide maximum contact between the electrode and back fill compound should be eco friendly and having RoHs certification. GI Electrode shall be tested from CPRI. The earthing pit should be cover with PCC 1:2::4 B1 cover of 300 X 300 mm complete all as specified and directed.

Note :- Thickness of sand cushion after punning down (i.e. 18 cm) shall be measured for payment.

Supply and laying HDPE pipe 75 mm pn 10 ISI marked along with all accessories like socket bend couplers etc conforming to IS 14930 Part II complete with fitting and cutting , jointing etc direct in ground , wall , floor complete all as directed.
