System Improvement Works at various Substations under jurisdiction of, EUDD-RB/Naini/KD/KB Praygraj

Installation of Additional 250 KVA, 11/0.4KV T/F, Replacement/Additional AB Cable laying inplace of Jarjar/Damaged AB Cable, installation of 11 KV RMU and 11 KV Feeder Bifercation work and other System Improvement Works at various Substations under EUDC-I, Prayagraj under Business Plan 2024-25 including loading, unloading & Carriage of materials from Store Center Naini to Dump site and vice-versa.

Erection of 11 Mtr. long STP Double pole including fixing of all necessary clamps, other accessories like Top channel, T/F base channel, Pin insulator with pin etc. for 11/0.4 KV 250 KVA T/F (Required materials like Clamps, nut & bolt, M.S. Channel, Base Channel, M.S. Bracing Angle etc. as per site requirement will be arranged by the contractor.)

Erection of 9/11 Mtr. long STP/PCC Single pole.

Grouting and Plinthing of 9/11 Mtr. long STP/PCC pole. Grouting in ratio 1:4:8, cement, stone grit & coarse sand, plinthing of support of size 0.4x0.45x0.3 Mtr. with cement, coarse sand & brick blast in ratio 1:4:8 and 12 mm thick plastering around the plinth in ratio 1:2:4 with 12 mm thickness curing of plinth should be done properly for 11 KV line (Grouting & plinthing required materials will be provided by the contractor.)

Earthing of 9/11 Mtr. long STP/PCC pole with MS earthing rod.

Painting of ST pole 9/11 Mtr with the help of one coated red oxide & alluminium paint. (All required Material will be arranged by contractor).

Construction of T/F Plinth of size 1.5x1.5x1.25 mtr on a padding 0.25m deep in the Ground, in ratio 1:5:10 cement, sand and brick ballast on the top of padding brick work of 1st class bricks of 0.95m height and 0.35 meter thick wall will be constructed. Rest wall should be 0.23 mtr thickness, brick work will be in ratio 1:4 cement and sand. In the hollow portion the sand should be filled from ground level upto 15 cm below from the top of plinth, cement, sand and ballast should be placed in ratio 1:24 and 2 nos. Channels of size 50x100x1500 mm to be grouted in the concrete. The T/F Plinth should be plastered on all sides by 12 mm thick in 1:6 Cement and Mortar. (All materials will be provided by the contractor at his own cost.)

Construction of retaining wall, fabrication and erection of wiremesh fencing 5' height with locking arrangement including grouting of fabricated MS Angle 40x40x5 mm, Painting of fencing and support with all material around 11/0.4 kV Substation with D.P. Box of size 2x (5+3x2) Sq.mm.. The fencing shall be made of 50x25 mm 10 SWG rectangular type of wiremesh. Wiremesh shall be fixed on panel made of 40x40x5 mm MS Angle Iron. The wiremesh on panel will be supported by 25x3 mm MS Flat on all the bracings diagonally and 40x5 mm MS Angle iron horizontally at the centre of the panel. The panel will be jointed by bolts and nuts of appropriate size with each other and on the main support of the corner. (All materials will be arranged by the contractor at his own cost.)

Installation & commissioning of T/F 250 KVA along with HT/LT connections including HT Fuse Set Unit & GO set Complete in all respect At DP. (HT Fuse set & GO Set complete with nuts & bolts with washer will be provided by contractor)

Chemical pipe Earthing of Transformer body by lowering of GI pipe of size 1.50” dia 10’ deep, connecting with GI Strip of size 50x6 mm with clamp Separately two point of T/F body. (All materials will be provided by the contractor at his own cost.)

Chemical pipe Earthing of Transformer neutral by lowering of GI pipe of size 1.50” dia 10’ deep, connecting with GI Strip of size 50x6 mm with clamp. (All materials will be provided by the contractor at his own cost.)

Installation of 11 KV LA at T/F DP with structure and making its separately 2 no earthing by GI pipe of size 1.50” dia 10’ deep, connecting with GI Strip of size 50x6 mm with clamp. (All material will be privided by contractor)

Installation and commissioning of L.T. Distribution Box 400Amp, at DP. (All materials including DB will be arranged by the contractor at his own cost.)

Earthing of L.T. Distribution box by M.S. earthling rod and connecting with G.I. Strips of size 50x6 mm for neutral & L.T. DB body Separately. (All required materials will be provided by the contractor except M.S. earthling rod.)

Laying/Hanging of 3.5x400/3.5x240 sqmm L.T. cable from T/F to L.T. Distribution Box and from LT Distribution Box to LT Line with proper lugging and tagging with the help of copper Z/L Clamp. (Only L.T. Cable will be provided by the Department and all other required materials will be arranged by the contractor at his own cost.)

Laying/Hanging of 1x400/1000/630/1x240 sqmm /1x70 sqmm L.T. cable from T/F to L.T. Distribution Box and from LT Distribution Box to LT Line with proper lugging and tagging with the help of copper Z/L Clamp. (Only L.T. Cable will be provided by the Department and all other required materials like as Alu. Lug, Z/L Clamps etc. will be arranged by the contractor at his own cost as per site requirement.)

Hanging of 3x120/95+1x95+1x16 sqmm LT ABC on already existing/erected pole complete in all respect. (all required material for hanging of AB cable like dead end clamp, piercing connector, suspension clamp with i-hook ,LT DB box three phase, single core cable 1x25/35 mmsq and others required materials will be provided by the contractor as per site requirement, only LT AB cable will be provided by the department)

Erection & grouting of stay Rod with Cement, Sand and Bricks ballast in ratio 1:4:8 and fastening the stay wire with pole and stay rod nuzzling.

Stringing of ACSR Dog/Weasel conductor for neutral wire for LT ABC to be replaced / installed (All required material like as LT Clamp, Shackel Insulator with nuts & Bolsts etc. Will be provided by contractor)

Dismantling of existing 630 KVA, 11/0.4 KV Distribution T/F

Dismantling of existing jarjar/damaged AB Cable

Hanging of XLPE 3x70/120/185 sq mm cable at existing & Newly Constructed 9/11 Mtr. Long PCC/STP/Rail pole with the help of stay wire and stay clamp. (Stay clamp for suitable pole with nuts & bolt provided by contractor)

Laying of 11 kV 3x70/120/185 sq. mm XLPE cable in by digging of trench 1050 mm deep, 750 mm wide including supply of required material, Ist class bricks, stone pad. The cable shall be laid between two continuous row of bricks River sand packing on all side of cables shall be done. The stone slab shall be laid on top of rows of the bricks parallel to the ground in such manner so that channels is formed covered in either direction. (All Material will be provided by contractor except 11 KV cable).

Laying of 11 KV 3x70/120/185 sq mm XLPE cable by HDD Machine Drill method with HDPE Pipe. The cable shall be laid below not less than the depth of 1050 mm from the surface of road (HDPE pipe 6 inch with clamp provided by the contractor)

Fixing H.S. type 11 KV 3X70/3X120/3X185 sqmm O/D, I/D cable joints & end terminations.(All Material to be provided by contractor).

Installation, Testing , Commissioning & Earthing with G.I. strip(50x6 sqmm) of 11 KV RMU (Three Way) in all respect at sub stations/site at DP/with making plateform at plinth (as per attach drawing) with proper connecting 2 no. Incoming cable and 1 no outgoing cable in RMU and also make connection with 11 KV line (all required material for civil work and reqired channel, angles will be provided by contractor)

String of ACSR Dog Conductor for reconductoring of 11KV lines on 11kv pin Insulator and already erected STP/PCC poles.(Only ACSR Dog,Pin Insulator will be provided by department, rest all material to be arranged by contractor)

Installation of Danger board with clamp and nut bolt, Number plate with clamp and nut bolt & Barbed wire at each pole (all required material will be provided by the contractor).
