Providing 300mm dia Single under reamed RCC M-20(Bored Compaction) Pile of 9m length from cut off level including welding of cages, boring through all strata from existing ground level with removal of obstruction if any, using bentonite, providing required reinforcement as per drawing, welded properly and disposing the boring earth out from the work site, including supply of all labour, materials, taxes, tollage, royalties, T&P etc complete exlcuding GST and as per direction of Engineer in charge. NB-1 )Payment shall be made from cut off level 2) Excluding Cost of Reinforcement, Bending, Binding Charges 3) Any excess or less in length beyond the specified length the rate will be paid proportionately to the rate quoted.

Cutting of pile heads upto 0.30m from cut off level and disposing the debrises clear out of the work site with supply of all labour, T&P, taxes , transportation with all lead and lift etc. all complete Excluding GST and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Earth work in excavation of foundation trenches in all types of soil with all leads and lifts including dressing and levelling the bed and depositing the excavated materials at specified place and back filling the same with excavated material including dressing, leveling & compacting the surface with supply of all labour,T&P, tollage, all taxes etc. all complete Excluding GST and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

CC (1:3:6) ( 1 cement: 3 coarse sand: 6 graded stone metal of 20mm and down crusher broken granite chips of approved quality) in foundation including mixing, hoisting and laying the concrete in layers in position, consolidating, curing with supply of all materials, labour, T&P,all taxes, tollage, royalties etc. all complete Excluding GST and as directed By Engineer -in-charge.

CC 1:1.5:3 ( 1 cement: 1.5 coarse sand: 3 graded stone aggregate of 20mm to 12mm size crusher broken) of approved quality for RCC work including mixing, hoisting and laying the concrete in position, finished smooth to the exposed surface, consolidating with vibrator where found necessary, curing, etc. all complete with supply of all materials, labour, T&P, all taxes , tollage, royalties, etc. complete in all respect Excluding GST and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing reinforcement steel of required diameter manufactured by SAIL/TISCON/VIZAG Steel of Fe-500 confirming to IS-1786 including cutting, straightening, bending, binding & placing the grills in position for RCC works including binding the grills with binding wire of 18 to 20 gauge including cost of steel, all labour, materials, transportation charges,loading at one end & unloading at other end,T&P, all taxes,etc. all complete excluding GST as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. NB: No Wastage shall be Paid, Steel Coefficient shall be considered as per IS1786 for Payment Purpose.

Providing rigid smooth leak proof centering and shuttering for the RCC works by providing approved steel/Ply shutters including supply of all materials, labour, T&P, all taxes, scaffolding, etc. all complete Excluding GST for all floors and dismantling the same after proper setting as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

Painting two coats with plastic emulsion paint of approved quality & shade over a coat of primer, at any floors with applying the paint uniformly including cost of all materials, labour, T&P, all taxes, transportation charges, staging, scaffolding etc all complete excluding GST as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Painting two coats using 1st quality Weather Coat Paint over the wall surface over a coat of primer of approved quality & shade having resistance to Fungus, moisture, Fading including cost and supply of all materials, labour, T&P, taxes, transportation, staging, scaffolding etc all complete excluding GST as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Painting two coats using epoxy paint over a coat of primer to the steel girder, MS gusset plate, MS angels etc. with approved quality & shade including cost and supply of all materials, labour, T&P, taxes, transportation, staging, scaffolding etc all complete excluding GST as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, fitting & fixing of Vitrified floor tiles (Double Charge/ Ultra Charge) of 600mm. x 600mm. or any approved size of approved thrickness and quality over a base course of CM (1:2) 20mm. thick and cement slurry including cutting to size, jointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment laid to proper level, slope, cleaning & polishing with all cost of materials, labour, T&P, taxes, curing, transportation charges etc all complete excluding GST as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, fitting, fixing of ceramic glazed wall tile of approved quality, size, shade, over a 20mm base course of C.M(1:4) and cement slurry including cutting to size filling the joints with tile grout , fixed to proper level etc. all wastages, mending good to the damages, with cost and supply of all materials, labour, T&P, taxes, tollage, curing, transportation charges, cleaning etc all complete excluding GST as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, fitting, fixing fully glazed powder coated Aluminum window/ventilator shutters with anodized aluminium section as per approved design and fixing with 5.5mm. thick plain/frosted/coloured glass panes, providing rubber beading, aluminum U channels, angle, clips, required nos. of handles, tower bolts, hooks as per requirement IS specification, all finished including cost & supply of all materials, labour, T&P, taxes, transportation charges, staging, scaffolding, making the windows waterproof using sealicon sealant etc all complete excluding GST as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 12 mm thick frameless toughened glass door shutter of approved brand and manufacture, including providing and fixing top & bottom pivot & spring type fixing arrangement and making necessary holes,Door handle, lock and stopper,etc,includinng all material for fixing required door fittings, including all taxes,transporatation,Port Entry fees all complete excluding GST as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying,Fabricating, erecting, installation of structural steel of TATA/SAIL/RINL or any approved make for vertical members/bracings/stiffiners/bearing plates or for any other uses as a structural members by using ISMB-250,solid Square bar /MS Flat/MS Angle/MS Channel or combination etc. of approved quality and sizes, fixing in position over concrete foundation along with base plates, nuts (High strength M20 bolts of class 8.8,700 mm long anchor bolts confirming to relevant IS with suitable hexagonal nuts and washers , fixing in position the same in column pedestals while concreting including welding the bolts to the column pedestral reinforcement), lock nuts, anchor plates, stiffner plates, protective tape etc. as per specification, designing, drawing and instruction of the engineer, including furnishing of labour, materials,equipments, welding, cutting, grinding, threading, grouting, drilling wherever applicable with cost and supply of all materials, labour, T&P, taxes, transportation, with all lead & Lift, staging, scaffolding, wherever necessary carrying and trolling, finishing the joints & exposed surfaces etc all complete excluding GST as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.NB.1) Payment shall be made as per IS Code. 2) No wastage shall be paid.

Providing at all heights, levels and locations Aluminium profile industrial troughed sheet of Alloy31500/31000/40800, conforming to IS 1254, IS 737, IS2676. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling/self tapping SS screws of size5.5x65 mm with EPDM seal complete upto required pitch in horizontal, vertical or curved surfaces i/c cutting to size and shape where required as per specifications, detail drawings etc all complete excluding GST as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.NB- The rate shall be inclusive of all screws, seal, ridge, labour, scaffolding, machinery for fixing and approved sealent where required etc.

Supplying , fabricating, fitting and fixing stainless steel gates made out of stainless steel Hollow tubes, channels, plates of Grade 304 and size as required etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, i/c fixing the same with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners , stainless steel bolts etc., of required size etc. with cost of conveyance, all materials, labour, T&P, taxes etc all complete Excluding GST as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. NB-For payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered excluding fixing accessories such as nuts,bolts, fasteners etc.

Scarifying bituminous road surface upto 50 mm depth by mechanical means and disposal of dismantled materials up to a lead of 1000 metres or at identified location, stacking serviceable and unserviceable materials separately including all labour, machineries, materials, T&P, taxes, fuel, hire and running charges of all machineries etc all complete excluding GST as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying 150 mm thick bituminous macadam in two layer with hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates 25-10 mm @40%,10-5 mm @40%, 5mm @20% of total volume of chips adding premixed with bituminous binder of VG-30 bitumen of 3.3% of total volume, transported to site, laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled by VRR to achieve the desired compaction as per clauses 501.6 and 501.7 with supply of all material labour transporation hire and running charge of equipments, taxes , tollage , royalties etc all complete excluding GST as directed by EIC.

Providing & laying 20mm thick premix carpet using 0.27cum of 13.2mm to 5.6mm size crushed stone chipping and 14.60kg. penetration grade of bitumen for 10sqm including hand packing to proper camber and consolidation with PRR including hire and running charges of PRR, hot mix plant for mixing, bitumen boilers etc as per specification with Supply of all material , labour ,transportation, T&P, hire and running charge of Equipments , taxes ,tollage , royalities etc all complete excluding GST as directed by EIC.

Providing & laying 6mm thick precoated seal coat using 0.06 cum of 6.7mm size chips as per sieve analysis and 6.8Kg of bitumen per 10sqm. maintain proper camber and consolidation with PRR including hire and running charges of PRR, hot mix plant for mixing, bitumen boilers etc as per specification with Supply of all material , labour ,transportation, T&P, hire and running charge of Equipments , taxes ,tollage , royalities etc all complete excluding GST as directed by EIC.

Blinding road surface with 6mm thick Quarry Dust over the final surface of bitumen with supply of all material, labour, transporation charge, hire and running charge of equipments, taxes , tollage , royalties etc. all complete excluding GST as directed by EIC .

Providing, assembling and supplying vision glass panels (IGUs) comprising of hermetically-sealed 6-12- 6 mm insulated glass (double glazed) vision panel units of size and shape as required and specified, comprising of an outer heat strengthened float glass 6mm thick, of approved colour and shade with reflective soft coating on surface, 2 of approved colour and shade, an inner Heat strengthened clear float glass 6mm thick, spacer tube 12mm wide, dessicants, including primary seal and secondary seal (structural silicone sealant) etc. all complete for the required performances, as per the approved drawings and design, as specified etc all complete excluding GST as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. NB-The IGUs shall be assembled in the factory/ workshop of the glass processor. Providing and engaging JCB on hour basis for for any emergency work during execution work including hire and running charges of jcb, cost of driver, F.O.L., all taxes, etc all complete excluding GST as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. NB- Cost of entry pass for tractor & driver etc. all will be born by the contractor.

Providing and engaging Hydra (80 tonne lifting capacity) on hour basis for lifting and instalation of MS frame structure or any emergency work including hire and running charges of hydra, cost of driver, F.O.L., all taxes, etc all complete excluding GST as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. NB- Cost of entry pass for tractor & driver etc. all will be born by the contractor.

Providing and engaging one number tractor with trailer for shifting of materials/equipments located at different locations including hire and running charges of tractor, loading and unloading charges including cost of driver, F.O.L., all taxes etc all complete excluding GST as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. NB- Cost of entry pass for tractor & driver etc. all will be born by the contractor.

Provision for providing detail fabrication drawing, site plan, elevation, including structural design for steel structure and RCC structure in foundation, column, beam, soildata with vetting from reputed govt. organisation for each complete gate as per approved drawing with supply of all material, all taxes , tollage, royalties, etc all complete excluding GST as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
