Removal of existing asphaltic wearing coat comprising of 50 mm thick asphaltic concrete laid over 12 mm thick mastic asphalt including disposal with all lift and lead upto 1000m.

Water Bound Macadam and compacting stone Providing, laying, spreading aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam Specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheeled steel/ vibratory roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/ binding Materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density. A) By Manual Means ) Grading-I (Aggregate size-63 mm to 45 mm) (a) Using Screening Crushable type such as Moorum or Gravel.

Filling Pot-holes and Patch Repairs with - Bituminous concrete, 40mm. (Removal of all failed material, trimming of completed excavation to provide firm vertical faces, cleaning of surface, painting of tack coat on the sides and base of excavation as per clause 503, back filling the pot holes with hot bituminous material as per clause 504, compacting, trimming and finishing the surface to form a smooth continuous surface, all as per clause 3004.2) (i) for grading I Material.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom.

Open - Graded Premix Surfacing (Providing, laying and rolling of open - graded premix surfacing of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates using Viscocity grade bitumen to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a smooth wheeled roller 8-10 tonne capacity, finished to required level and grades.) (i) Case - I: Mechanical method using Penetration grade Bitumen and HMP of appropriate capacity not less than 75 tonnes/hour.

Seal Coat (Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type A and B seal coats) i) Case - I : Type A

Painting Lines, Dashes, Arrows etc on Roads in Two Coats on New Work (Painting lines, dashes, arrows etc on roads in two coats on old work with ready mixed road marking paint confirming to IS: 164 on bituminous surface, including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter, demarcation at site and traffic control ): Up to 10 cm in width

Plain/Reinforced cement concrete in Open foundation complete as per drawing and Technical Specifications: PCC Grade M25:PCC Grade M25 using batching plant & Concrete pump

Maintenance of road during the 1st year (Date recognized from the completion date of defect Liability period of 01 Year). This item will be paid only after the maintenance of road as good as BOQ items 01 to 08 will be executed during the execution of the work and completion of the 1st year (Start date will be recognized from the completion date of defect Liability period of 01 Year). This item will be paid only after the certification from EIC regarding fitness of the road after completion of 1st year (Start date will be recognized from the completion date of defect Liability period of 01 Year).

Maintenance of road during the 2nd year (Date recognized from the completion of 1st year maintenance period of 01 Year). This item will be paid only after the maintenance of road as good as BOQ items 01 to 08 will be executed during the execution of the work and completion of the 2nd year (Date recognized from the completion of 1st year maintenance period of 01 Year). This item will be paid only after the certification from EIC regarding fitness of the road after completion of 2nd year (Date recognized from the completion of 1st year maintenance period of 01 Year).
