Supply and fixing false ceiling at all heights with semi perforated 12mm thick micro tegular edged GRG (Glass fibre Reinforced Gypsum) false ceiling tiles of size 595 x 595mm of approved texture, design and pattern having moister content less than 2%, humidity resistant of 99%, NRCO.50 to 0.75 as per IS 8225:1987, noncombustible as per BS 476 (part 4) - 1970 and light reflectance of 85% minimum to be laid in true horizental level suspended on inter-locking metal T-Grid of hot dipped galvanised ireon section of 0.33mm thick (galvanised @120gm/Sqm including both sides) comprising of main T runners of size 15 x 32 mm of length 3000mm, cross T of size 15 x 32 mm of length 1200mm and secondary intermediate corss T of size 15 x 32 mm of length 600mm to from grid module of size 600x 600 mm suspended from ceiling using galvanised mild steel items (galvanised @ 80gm/Sqm) i.e. 50mm long, 8mm outer diameter M-6 dash fasteners, 6mm dia fully threaded hanger rod upto 1000mm length and L-shape level adjuster of size 85x25x2mm. M&L for light shade Vitrified Ceramic tiles 8-9 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including dismantling of old tiles and removing the same from site, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM (1:6) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even & smooth without using extra cement including taking down cement plaster or concrete, brick surface and raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water to receive plaster complete all as specified and directed .

Notes :- 1 (i) The unit rates quoted for above items are also includes to provide the following workers to execute the above works as well as to attend the complaint assigned by concerned JE. (ii) Contractor is also bound to deploy more man power if required to any of the item to execute the above work. 2. The labours as required to execute the above items shall be supervise by a supervisor of the contractor who will manage all the working labours till the time from 8.30 AM to 5.30 PM. 3. The complaint shall be attended on the same day failing which a recovery of Rs. 500/- per day per complaint shall be made from the contractor's dues.
