Supply & Erection of flange mounted 7 mtrs long hot dip galvanized Octangonal Pole of following height made from 3 mm thick HT Steel plate, having top dia-70mm & bottom dia of 135 mm complete with average coating thickness of atleast 65 micron. The galvanizaton done by seven tank process in single dipping method for better finish. There shall not be any circumferential welding. Pole shall have door of approximate 300 mm length at the elevation of 500 mm from the Base plate. The door shall be vandal resistance and shall be weather proof to ensure safety of inside connections. The door shall be flush with the exterior surface and shall have suitable locking arrangement. Pole shall have galvanized base plate of size 225 mm x 225mm x 16 mm thick with provision of holes for 4 no. 20mm dia bolt of length 700mm.It includes supplying and fixing the following in the window box provided for cable termination a) Supplying and fixing 6mm thick laminated mounted sheet inside the window mounted and including Earthing complete by G.I Pipe 40mm or G.I Rod 20mm 2.5 Mtr long through G.I Strip. b) Supplying and fixing 63 Amps terminal block, suitable for 10 sq.mm conductor- 04 nos & shorting links- 05 nos. on DIN Channel including providing and fixing DIN Channel of suitable length- 01 nos on the existing laminated sheet. c) Supplying and fixing 6 Amps, SP MCB, “C” curve 10 KA- 02 nos, Earth stud 02 nos, welded at suitable height, washers, springs washers & nuts.

Providing & making RCC foundation of 1300mm(H)X600mmX600mm size with 1:2:4(1Cement, 2 coarse, 4 Stone aggregate) complete with 12mm dia. M.S. bar for reinforcement along with centering & shuttering i/c supplying & fixing 700mm long , 20 mm dia J type G.I, coated foundation bolt/ Anchor bolt with template suitable for 7.0 mtr octogonal Pole 100mm dia 600mm length corgated pipe complete with excavation the soil & refilling, ramming, curing etc. as reqd. For 09 meter Octogonal Galvanized Pole

Supply and fixing of galvanized pole bracket (arm) of approved design suitable for above mentioned poles size completed in all respects with proper fabrication for installation of LED street light fitting on the top of Octagonal G.I. Poles single arm 1 mtr with an angle as per requirement.

Supply and drawing of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in street light pole for LED lights using 3x1.5 sq. mm

P/F of looping box ( PVC) complete with lockable, hinged type door, gasketted, clamps, nuts & bolts, MCB strip neutral connection, earthing nutbolts for street lights for existing lights in place damaged MCB box.

Providing and laying of spans of 10 sq. mm 2 core XLPE Al. cable Armored of various sizes as mentioned below for new street lights from feeder piller near over head tank up to new road upto bund and security pickrt near coner of bund near garbage shed upto fire service station gate= 315 mtrs and in place of damaged /burnt out under road 1.1KV form 2nd Feeder piller near corner of girls hostel 2 lengths road cross upto stree light existing behiind security beat. from security beat upto condemnation store, in Girls hostel inner side 03 no street poles and feeder piller O.H. water tank up X-yard = 545 mts and power control room OPD block to double road near one stop centre, double road from main gate upto boys hostel, in boys hostel, Power control room college to main gate college, accounts deptt., college canteen upto back side of star building= 540 mtrs. The job included cost of suitable size clamps for houlding of cable with street light poles.

Providing, laying and fixing following dia RCC pipe NP2 class (light duty) in ground complete with RCC collars, jointing with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement : 2 fine sand) including trenching (75 cm deep) and refilling etc as required. 150 mm dia for road cross at various places.

P and replacement of LED street light fixture IP65/66 powder coated (Bajaj/Philips/Havells/Wipro make) against nonfunctional with following specification 1. Input voltage : 150 V to 270 V 2.Lumens : Min 7000 3. Power factor : >0.90 4. Life expecting : more than 40,000 hours 5. No of hours usage / day : 10 to 12 hours/day 6. Rated watt : 70-80W 7. Colour Temperature : 5,500 to 6,500 K with test certificate 8. Ingress protection : IP 65/IP 66 as per IS/IEC60529-2001 with test certificate. 9. Total harmonic distortion (THD): <10% 10. Working Temperature : 0 deg to 50 deg 11. Luminary Casing : Pressure die cast Aluminum with toughened glass cover and water proof fixture new LED lights=12 nos from boiler house to over head water tank=02 no, from over head tank to Security picket bund side = 02 nos, from security picket to bund coner near garbage shed= 01 no.and in girls hostel = 02 nos and double road =04 nos, college side 04 nos .

Providing and laying of spans of 35 sq. mm 3.5 core XLPE Al. cable Armored as main supply form main sub-station up to Feeder piller near O.H water tank to be laid boundry wall.

Providing and laying of spans of 25 sq. mm 3.5 core XLPE Al. cable Armored as main supply for new street lights and in place of damaged/burnt out 1.1KV form O.H water tank upto 2nd feeder piller near corner of girls hostel

Supplying and fixing 63 A , four pole, 415 V, isolator in the existing Street light DB hospitel side 03 nos and college side 02 nos as main complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required against damaged.

Supplying and fixing 32 A , double pole, 415 V, isolator in the existing Street light DB hospitel side 03 nos and college side 02 nos as main complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required against damaged.

Supplying and fixing 10/16 A rating, 240/415 V, 10 kA, "C" curve, miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load for new lights and for existing street light street light poles complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

SITC of LED flood luminaries in place of existing nonfunctional High mast light as per following soecification 1. Input voltage: 150v to 270v 2. Lumens min 10000 3. life more than 40,000 hours. 5. No of hours usage/day: 10 to 12 hours/day. 6. Rated watt: 110-120W. 7 Luminous flux: 10000 to 11000 lumen. 8. colour temperature: 5500 to 6500 K with certificate. 9. Working temperature; 0 deg to 50 deg. 11: luminary casing pressure die cast alumn with toughened glass cover and water proof fixture.
