Material and labour for brick work with sub class "B" bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM (1:6), complete all as specified.

Material & labour for repair to Spalling of concrete, damaged surface of RCC elements like beams, columns, wall, slab by removing all loose cement plaster/concrete, dust, oil, paint, grease, waterproof coating etc, Expose fully any corroded steel in the repair area and remove all scale and corrosion deposits , Apply rust remover for rust free bars, apply Dr. fixit Epoxy zinc primer over the cleaned rebars and allow it to dry before pouring of Dr Fixit micro concrete or equivalent , applying one coat of Dr fixit epoxy bonding agent before pouring of mix concrete, providing and laying of micro concrete at least 20mm thickness (average) by using the recommended water proofing compound ratio mix the microconcrete with pan mixer as per manufacturer's instruction including watertight shuttering at any position including necessary curing and removal of debris outside MoD land complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Rate of rust remover, Epoxy zinc primer, Epoxy bonding agent and micro concrete is included in this item. (ii) Make -Dr Fixit/Pidilite/ Asian paint/ Berger

Material & labour for preparation of surfaces cracks of plaster internal/external of walls, ceilings/ chajjas upto 5mm wide, remove, loose plaster/concrete by suitable tools, filling cracks with crack paste compound complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for preparing of old/new surfaces of walls/ceiling washing the surface thoroughly, filling the cracks, creaves with crack filling compound (Measured and Paid Seperately under respective item) as suggested by the manufacturers and applying two coats of Rain coat manufactured by Dr Fixit of Piddilte Industries Ltd. or equivalent (shade to match the existing paint) including necessary scaffolding for work all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Demolition of Cement concrete in any description and in any position not other wise specifically provided on terrace of bldg. as directed by Engineer-in-Charge and removal of debris to out side MoD land complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in benching, coping, cills steps, parapets, railings up to 60cm in height, water troughs and the like rounded or chamfered on edges including necessary form work complete all as specified.

Demolition of existing treatment of any type and preparing the surface by cleaning the concrete surface with wire brush and a high pressure water jet and ensure that it is free of dust, oil grease, loose particles vegetation roots etc and filling crackswith polymer modified mortar using smartcare RP or Epoxy mortar including Martial and labour for laying padding cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) on terrace of 50mm average thickness maintaining 1:30 slope finishing with 10 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Material & labour for High performance hybrid polyurea elastomeric waterproofing spray applied SmartCare Hypertron Hybrid liquid membrane with an elongation of 600% and tensile strength of more than 13 N/mm2 as per ISO 527 type 5, shore A Hardness of min 85 as per ISO 868 and crack bridging ability of 3.5 mm as per ASTM C1305. The system includes final base preparation, epoxy primer application and applying SmartCare Hypertron Hybrid or approved equivalent in two coats with a consumption of 2kg/sqm etc, complete as per Manufacturer specifications and to be applied by the authorised applicator of company.

Chipping, removing carefullly concrete work by low impact hammer, breakar without damaging the structure & cleaning and disposal of debris out side the premises etc. upto 16th floor of building, complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Hard concrete should not be removed by force.

Material & labour for cleaning existing reinforcement with wire/ rotary wire brush, making the surfaces free from loose material dirt etc, complete and applying two coats of alkaline rust converting primer FEOVERT of Krishna Conchem or Roff rust cleaner of Piddilite or Dr. Fixit Rust removal or ShaliRust of STP Ltd. on the rebars, including cleaning the reinforcement, wirebrushing to remove loose rust spalls, wash the rebars with clean water within 3 min and wipe it dry upto 16th floor of building, all as per manufacturer's instructions and directed

Replacement of steel reinforcement with TMT bars of appropriate size where 20% of cross section is reduced including dismantling of rusted steel upto 16th floor of building, complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for carry out application of Bi-polar migratory corrosion inhibitor EPCO-KP-100/ Protectsil CIT/Ferogard 903 on concrete surface (this inhibitor shall have migratory kind of properly which permits the material to migrate to a virtual extent of 100 mm, through pores of concrete, inhibitor the corrosion and de-passivating the Electro-chemical reaction. It should have properly to attack as well as cathode, which is purely alkaline in nature (pH-9.5), So it has no carcinogen activity with concrete all as per manufacturer's instructions upto 16th floor of building and directed.

Material & labour for Drilling and fixing Rohibb Teflon nozzles in RCC members, including drilling holes of 12mm dia, 50 to 100mm deep holes. Works shall be carried out upto 16th floor of building as under :- (i) Cleaning of holes. Clean the holes by air blower prior to fixing nozzles. (ii) Fixing of nozzles. Insert 12mm dia. Rohibb Teflon nozzles in cleaned holes. External end of nozzles to be machine to receive outlet of grouting gun.Fix it inside the holes by applying thixotropic epoxy putty to ensure complete sealing. Cure the system for minimum 12 hrs. (iii) Cutting of nozzles. Cut the nozzles by chisel after completion of grouting without damaging structural elements. (iv) In case crack upto 2mm wide, fix the injection nozzels directly over the cracks, at intervals of 6 to 9 inches, using a drilling machine. Fix PVC/MS nozzels in these holes with fast-setting epoxy putty & let it dry for 2 to 3 days. Also, seal the crack between the ports with epoxy putty. (v) In case where the crack is wider than 2mm upto 4 to 5mm, drill holes at the sides of the crack in a staggered fashion, at intervals of 6 inches and affix them with epoxy putty as mentioned above. (vi) Also, seal the face of the crack with a liberal application of the epoxy putty. Make Dr Fixit, STP, Choksy Chemical as approved

Material & labour for Injecting of site cement slurry grout, in the ratio 1:2 (1-cement 2-water) including super plasticizer (supercom-100) 250 ml/50 Kgs. Mixing shall be done by mechanical mixer continuously stirring mechanically to keep cement particles in suspension. Injection of approved/specified grout by means of pump at a pressure of 0.5 Kg/cm2 till the grout mix flow out from the nozzle indicating complete filling of grout in the holes drilled , upto 16th floor of building , all as specified.

Material & labour for Injecting low viscosity MONOPOL (3-5 cps) high molecular weight monomer by pressure and using mechanized injector gun with accessories till nozzles refuses to accept the grout, including, mixing of material mixing of material components(part a & b) in the required quantities as per manufacture`s instruction by weigh batching, Grouting maintain the pressure at exit(0.5 to 1.0 kg/cm2) by monitoring pressure gauge at exit grout the material through prefixed nozzles in the structural elements@100ml per nozzle Repeat the process for all the nozzles. (Beam, RCC wall and columns)

Providing and applying structural grade EPIBOND-21-LP prior to application of any type of mortar plaster confirming to ASTM-C-882-91 (Arizona slant shear test) to ensure bond between old concrete and new concrete complete all as per manufacturer's instructions and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge Make :- Krishna Conchem, Dr Fixit, Fosroc as approved

Building up the profile of structural member by using latex additives (MONOBOND) modified air cured motor system (Polymer modified motor/LW+) (1:5:15 = 1 monobond-5 cement -15 sand) -in damaged area in 30mm thickness including leveling profiling etc complete all as per manufacturer's instructions and upto 16th floor of building as directed by Engineer-in-Charge Make :- Dr Fixit, Sita, STP, Fosroc as approved

Preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and apply two coats of Acrylic emulsion exterior paint of required shade : (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm), complete all as specified.
