Surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in soft/loosed soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated surplus material (Soils) to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for broken stone or boulders hard core of gauge n.exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and leveled in layers n.exc 15 cm thick, watered and well rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for 100 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base of floors and path, finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for 55 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in flooring,hardstanding and path, finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6.00 m mean radius built in cement morter 1:4 complete as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for 15mm thick rendering with cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick work in two layers (10mm & 5mm) seperately mixed with water proofing compound in top layer as per manufacturer's instructions and finishing the surface even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- WPC shall be measured and paid seperately under appropiate item.

Material and Labour for preparing newly plastered or unplastered walls surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint over and including a coat of cement base primer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for Perforated wooden ceiling acoustic panel of size 595 x 595 mm,thickness 11 mm high density MDF in 650-700 kg/m3 as per IS 2380,the panel to have an 8 to 10 mm dia perforation on a pre-laminated MDF board including Gl frame work for seamless ceiling Size of grid 605x605mm,comprising of Gl perimeter channnel 0.55 mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30 mm and web of 27 mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450 mm centre to centre/intermediate channel 0.9 mm thick having two equal flanges of 15 mm each and web of 45 mm suspended from soffit at approx 900 mm centre to centre with Gl cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (not exc 1.2 m length) of 0.55 mm thickness having kurled web of 50 mm and flange of 26 mm each with lips of 10.5 mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457 mm centre to centre, hangers 6 mm dia. G.I. (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceilling cleats made out of G.I. flat 40 x 3 mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia. 40mm long complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for Perforated wooden wall acoustic panels of sizes 595 x 595 mm,thickness 15 mm high density MDF in 650-700 kg/m3 as per IS 2380,the panel to have an 8 to 10 mm dia perforation on a pre-Laminated MDF board including inside of panel filled with 100mm thick mineral wool R.B. slabs (Resin bonded slab) of 96 Kg/cum density confirming to IS-8183 & IS 3144 & both sides covered with R.P tissue all as complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for Second class hard-wood in scantlings clean swan for timber framed and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for second class hardwood plain fillets, square, rectangular or triangular in section, clean sawn, secured with nails or brads, section area exc 6 Sqcm but n.exc 13 Sqcm complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for preparing surfaces of wood and wood based materials, new or old, of any description and girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of creosote oiling complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6.00 m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for rendering 10 mm thick on faces of brick work or concrete surface in CM (1:6), finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for Preparing new plastered surface of walls and applying two coats acrylic distemper over one coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Wooden acoustic non-fire door 60 mm thick sandwich type composite sound reducing flush door shutter,including door frame and other necessary builder's hardware ,the combined assembly set of door frame and door shutter to be as per following details: (a) Door frame shall be hard wood of size 100mmx75mm including making necessary grooves for fixing of hollow bulb type EDPM gasket on rebates to block noise leakage from gap in between door frame and shutter. (b) The core of door shutter shall be filled with resin bond rockwool of minimum density of 64 kg/cum confirming to IS-8183 & IS 3144 and 3mm thick sound damping layer. (c) face panels shall be of 12mm thick commercial ply boards conforming to relevant IS codes on both sides of the core of the shutter.complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for concealed point wiring complete with 1.5 Sqmm single core multistranded copper conductor PVC insulated and unsheathed FRLSH cable 1100 volts grade drawn through and including non metallic rigid PVC Concealed conduit,medium grade minimum 20 mm dia ISI marked and conduit accessories fixed on recesses of wall/ceiling/roof and chisselling on wall complete and making good the disturbed surfaces of wall / ceiling by cement mortar 1:4 including painting to existing surfaces etc with sunken type pressed steel/welded MS terminal boxes made out of 1.2 mm MS sheet, 3mm thick Modular top cover for mounting of modular fittings,switches,sockets outlets,regulators etc and provisining of 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed FRLSH cable 1100 volt grade with multi stranded copper conductor to common earth and connected to earth dolly for the following :-

Supply and fixing LED street light fitting 60 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum housing and heat resistant complete with driver , lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for 32 mm bore light grade GI pipe fixed as bracket, on wall any type, not less than 1.5 m long and bent to shape as required complete with suitable clamp made out of 25x4mm flat iron duly fixed 12mm dia nuts, bolts, washers etc. complete all as specified and directed

Material & labour earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode of 60 cm x 60 cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground [earth pit not less than 2.25 metre deep below normal ground level] with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level, connected to galvanized earth wire of 4mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of MES SSR Part I all as specified and testing on completion including provision of earth lead protected by 15 mm dia light grade GI pipe & watering pipe shall be 20 mm bore medium grade GI pipe including all excavation and earth work, PCC pit with RCC cover, char coal, salt, funnel etc complete.
