Taking out existing unserviceable sluice valve of any type and supply and fix CI sluice valve 100 mm dia class PN 1.6 flanged type with grey cast iron body, bonnet dome, wedge, stuffing box, gland thrust plate cap, SS spindle stem, carbon steel bolts, nuts etc complete complying to IS 14846 and including necessary fixing arrangement as required at site by providing rubber/ fibre gaskets, complete all as specified and as directed.

Description all as per Ser item No. 1 above, but of size 80 mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Cutting of existing CI pipe line up to 150 mm dia for alterations and additions including screwing of CI pipe and providing CI fittings of suitable size and as required at site of work including necessary excavation and earth work for insertion of new tees,branches,etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for CI fittings up to 150 mm dia such as bends (any type, radius and angle) tapers any tee pieces ( straight, bend, increasing, decreasing or double socket etc) tee pieces single branch 'Y" junction, double branch, cross, collars, caps and plugs etc complete all as specified and as directed.

The cabinet shall have locking arrangement and applying both internally and externally in signal Post office red shade paint complete suitable to hose 63 mm dia 30 meter length complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out unserveciable hose box and S&F Hose Box made of 18 gauge MS sheet 800 mm x 600 mm x 250 mm with double door with 4 mm thick glasses and door frame made of 16 gauge MS sheet painted fire red out side and brilliant white inside for keeping 2 Nos hose pipe of lenghth 15 m each complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out unserveciable hose and S&F 63 mm bore 15 mtr long hose confirming to IS-636 complete with male and female coupling confirmed to IS 903 complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out unserveciable hydrant landing valve and supply & fix fire hydrant landing valve type A (Single head out let) of 63 mm dia conforming to IS-5290 with hose coupling adaptor, instantaneous, springs locks arrangement and blank cap all as per IS Specifications complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out unserveciable hydrant landing valve supply & fix fire hydrant landing valve type A (double head out let) of 63 mm dia conforming to IS-5290 complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out unserviceable Branch Pipe and supply & fix branch pipe gun metal 63 mm instantaneous inlet, made threaded outlet, 15 mm bore nozzle short. complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down unserviceable Butter fly valve and supply and fix buttter fly valve of 100 mm dia including necessary gaskets and fittings complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down unserviceable Butter fly valve and supply and fix buttter fly valve of 80 mm dia including necessary gaskets and fittings complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix star delta starter with SS enclosure fully automatic type ML -3, 3 Phase, 415 Volts complete with Over load relay, single phase preventor, on off switch etc including taking down unserviceable one of capacity 30 HP complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of post office red first quality synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of Cement Concrete / Hard Standing of any description and in any position etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6, type C-1 mix (using 20 mm graded stone stone aggregate) as in coping, bed plates, etc., including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone / boulder masonry,Pre cast block masonry built in cement motor including all quoins, arches, pillars,etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Pre-cast cement concrete block masionary with solid blocks, exc 10 cm in width and setting in mortor 1:6 Type B1 1:2:4 (20 mm graded stone aggregate) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete srufaces in cement mortar 1:6 and rendering is to be finished even and smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for taking down the unservicable non return valve from position after disconnecting the unserviceable valve supply and fix non return valve P N 1.6 of size 100 mm ISI marked heavy duty with handle including necessary nuts bolts washers and modification etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Mild Steel Framed work (Fe-410-W (gde-E-250) quality B) as in Duct covers,Chamber covers and similar wks, angle or other section with gusset plates, MS Plates or sheets of any thickness, rails, braces, etc., complete, welded for fixing with and including either hooks and hinges with handles also fastening and fixing complete, using ERW or including butt welding wherever necessary, complete all as specifed and as directed

Construction of brick masonary valve chamber of size 900 mm x 900 mm x 900 mm with PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 mix foundation and 15 mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 for brick wall inside and brick chamber built in CM 1:6 including providing MS sheet cover 3 mm thick with angle iron frame grouted with PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 mix in brick wall duly painted with 2 coat of red oxide primer with lifting handle and locking arrangement including excation and earth work complete all as specified and as directed.
