Excavation in trenches in any type of soil not exc. 1.5 m wide and not exc. 1.5 in depth for laying of cable or pipes (where provided for protection of cable) etc. and getting out trimming the sides, forming bottom surfaces to require level complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm thick each complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exc. 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 mtr above the starting point of any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for sand cushioning with a layer of sand 80 mm thick before laying of cable and 150 mm thick after laying of cable in trenches, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Punned thickness shall be measured for the payment.

Supplying and laying reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class EHV, type 1 with peak, size 300mm x180mm x 40mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 11000 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 95 sq mm 3 core, complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, installation , testing & commissioning of 11 KV ,HT panel 630 Amps minimum 25 KA Rupturing capacity indoor insulated floor mounted , VCB switch gear with copper bus bars comprising 02 incoming , 01 bus coupler and 01 outgoing as per latest IEC 62271-200, complete all as specified and directed.

Note :- (a) All VCB's to shall be motorized with 110 DC control voltage to operate two positions double spring mechanism . Each VCB shall have green (on) /Red (off) push button to operate & Live cable LED indicators through voltage dividers mounted on the bushing. (b)The Earthing shall be provided in each cable compartment to provide solid earthing for the cable shield. Each VCB ( Except bus Coupler ) incoming and outgoing shall be equipped with digital MFM to measure Amps, Volts , Frequency ,PF ,KWH ,KVAR etc & 3 O/C + 1 E/F self powered numerical protection relay and master trip relay with low and high set for over current and earth fault . Relay should have facility to display the maximum loaded phase current also . There shaould have comunication port in each VCB with GPS/blue tooth/optical port . Relay shall record minimum 5 faults records with time stamping or as per manufacturer design and capable to access communication . Make of relays : Avana (c) The switch gear shall have built in programming logic using reputed make PLC for automatic changeover between two motorized incomer VCB & one bus coupler VCB and shall derive voltage reference from incoming supply in respective incomer . (d) PLC shall also be wired to all VCB's to monitor open /close status . The unit shall be supported with power pack of 110 Volt battery charger incl Batteries (110 Volt DC output ) for supply backup for PLC & motor operation .The DC control wiring shall be with 4 sqmm multistranded FRLSH copper cable inside casing n caping on wall/under ceiling incl making good disturbed surface with cement and distumbering . (e) Two Nos Incomer 630 Amp VCB along with off load isolator and fault making type earthing switch .Resin cast ring dual core dual ratio type CT,s 100-50/1 or 5 Protection Class 5P 10-& Metering 100-50/1 or 5, CI 1.0-1 sets on each outgoing. (g) One Busbar coupler capacity 630 Amps VCB between two incomer and 01 outgoing of with LED type Indicators for ON OFF, RYB type phase Indicators , electrically & Mechanically interlocking facility without CT ,PT and Relays.

NOTE :- (i) The panel should be manufatured at OEM factory ( Not by the franchise). All certifates from OEM shall be submitted before and after installation of VCB. (i) Configuration and Schematics arrangement of Panel shall be got approved from Garrison Engineer before fabrication . (ii) Any other parts /items not specified above but have been required essential for smooth and safe functioning of the panel system shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (iii) The VCB will be tested at site as primerary injector system and relay will be set as per load requirement . (iv) Panel should have heating element with thermostat to avoid moisture condensation in the panel . (v) Internal diagramme of VCB shall be pasted on VCB. (vi) Necessary PCC 1:2:4 for installation of panel shall deemed to be included in the qouted rate.

Note:- (i) Testing of VCB, HT Panel as per IS to be carried out by Officers detailed by CWE before dispatch from factory side. (ii) The Ht Panel shall be tested by Officers nominated by accepting officer after installation at work site & before taking into charge.

M & L Earthing using GI strip as earth lead and MS galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600x600x 6.3mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate is not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to galvanized iron strips 36x6mm with GI pipe, nuts, bolts and washers complete and ncluding test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75x75x25mm drilled and screwed including 3 nos. 8mm dia 25mm long hex. head screw and PCC pit of required size in PCC 1:2:4 type B1 and RCC cover with frame, charcoal, common salt around the earth plate watering pipe 20mm med grade/galvanized and 40mm dia GI pipe light grade for protection of GI strip with funnel and wire mesh for watering necessary excavation and earth works in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed as shown in Electrical Plate No. 3 of SSR ( Part-I) of 2009 and testing on completion. Note : Earth result should not exceed 2 Ohms.

M & L Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for indoor termination cold shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 50 sqmm to 95 sqmm, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Supply and laying Galvanised iron pipe "light grade" 80mm bore in trenches, under floors, roads, along poles for protection of cable with all necessary fittings, including sealing ends, complete all as specified and directed.
