Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion in concrete, brick work, ground masonry, etc. and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in post holes or similar holes, each not exceeding 0.5 Cum, getting out in Soft/ disintegrated soil and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50m & making good surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of un-reinforced Cement Concrete Concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for plain Cement concrete type B1, 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings as in copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for plain Cement concrete type D2, 1:4:8 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundatios and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts; posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe 290 Gde E-165 complete all as specifed and directed.

Supply only Chain link MS galvanisd fencing 75 x 75 mm mesh size of 4 mm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provission of binding wire complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Mild steel bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape equired, including cranking, bending and securing with clips at chanlink fencing conforming to Fe 410 Gde E-165 'A' quality complete all as specifed and directed. Note : Chain Link Fencing shall be measured and paid seperatly.

S & F Rolled sections as in framing for cladding,glazing and like fixed with angle cleats, screws, bolts etc including embeding in concrete and necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe 290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed. .

S & F Plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes and necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe 290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surface and applying one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer and two coats of Epoxy anticorrosive paint over 10 cm width or girth complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of stone /boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc., but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Pre - cast solid block cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1, (20mm graded stone aggregate) masonary with solid blocks built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering in 15mm thick cement mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth with out using exrtra cement as on walls complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying Two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489 : 2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and ncluding priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails,braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing conforming to Fe 410 Gde E-165'A' quality complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F stainless steel (Grade 316) railing made of hollow tubes, channels, plates, chain etc incl welding, grinding, buffing, polishing, and making curvature(wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary SS nuts and bolts complete, incl fixing the railing with necessary accessories and SS - fasteners, SS bolts, etc of required size on the top of floor or the side of waste slab with suitable arrangement complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Desine and pattern of railing shall be approved by GE.

Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles laid bedded in any mortar in floors or aprons etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 20 mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window- cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing and fixing razor tape concertina coil 600mm dia, 10 meter operable length (total 90 meter), 9 SWG hot galvanised springs, 125 to 127 clips per coil, 50 circle of wire in each coil (coil coverage of 6 to 10 RM and weight (not less than) 8.5 Kg per coil), Zinc coating 250 to 300 gms/ Sqm, GI wire, GI clips, GI pins and fixed with existing on top of security fencing/walls with 'Y' shaped angle iron bracket complete all as specified and as directed.
