Schedule-A (Partial Dismantaling & Strengthening of PEB Structure)

Dismantling/Demolition partly of Existing Pucca PEB Shed(Indian Corporation Ware House) on land of Survey No 57/4,78/3, 78/4 , 30, and 34 in DiveAnjur Village, Bhiwandi Taluka by mechanical and manual method comprising of cement, concrete, masonry, structural steel work, Rolling Shutters, sheets etc. & with all contractor’s labours, materials, tools, plants and machineries including disposal of released / dismantled materials, etc. complete. With all lead and lift, cleaning of site by dispose of debries. The Contractor to ensure the safety of during dismantling and strengthening work to balance part demolished structure by providing cleat to column& rafter, stiffener to Jack beam , providing missing nut-bolt, fighting of nuts, wilding etc before & after as per direction of Engineer-in charge and consultant report. No extra payment will be made for the same, rate also included with removing and refixing the existing partition at Grid-11 of structures along with shifting column & bracing of Grid-1 with excavation for casting of RCC pedestals/foundation & RCC tie beam, holding down bolt, brick masonry, cement plaster etc complete as per drawing & report, as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge and Structural Consultant with all labours, materials & machinery complete.

Schedule-B (Credit to NHSRCL)

Credit for taking away released materials steel etc after dismantling of warehouse (PEB structure) as per direction of Engineer. The dismantled steel will be property of Contractor’s. Credit to NHSRCL salvage value of released materials like reinforcement steel, structure steel, pipes, Rolling Shutters, fittings , roof/side cladding sheets, etc complete after dismantled of structures in the quoted price.
