M & L valve pits and constructing of brick masonary pits of internal dimensions 900 mmx 900mmx 900mm(bottom PCC floor of the pit should be minimum 30 cms below the bottom surface of sluice valve flange to provide sufficient working space ), bottom floor of the pit be constructed in PCC (1:3:6) 51 cms thick with 20 mm stone aggregate , inner and exposed surfaces and bottom floor of the pit should be plastered in CM (1:4) 15 MM thick. Material & Labour for construction of platform for mounting of outdoor type transformer using brick masonary of sub class 'B' brick (old size) .The platform size is 3000mmx3000mmx1200mm suitable for cap 100 KVA including 1 meter working space all around . Surface excavation including depth of footing upto 550 mm below the normal ground level including PCC 1:5:10 type E-2 of 100mm thick for brick work and brick work in double brick 450mm depth upto groung and full brick work upto 1200 mm height. The inside of plinth/platform shall be filled with 40 mm thick aggregate filling up to 950 mm height above the normal groung level, 150 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 ( using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) and there after PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 ( using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) of thickness 100 mm over plateform and 15 mm thick rendering in CM 1:6 complete all around including two coat of cement base paint over a coat of primer on plateform wall and any other type of civil work, earth work,excavation required. The AHU brief specifications and capacities are as under:- . (a) Panel construction and casing (b) Frame :- Extruded Aluminum Hollow Profile, the profile box shall be of minimum 45±2 mm. Frame should be assembled using glass fiber reinforced nylon joints/corner. (c) Panel :- Panel shall be double construction, insulated with rockwool having density 96±2 kg/cum. Rockwool insulation shall be sandwitched between the sheats. Effective thickness of sandwitch panel shall be 43±2 mm. (i) Outer skin 1.00 mm thick, GSS powder coated with minimum 50 micron thickness. (ii) Inner skin 1.00 mm thick, GSS powder coated with minimum 50 micron thickness. (d) AHU shall have water tight positive pressure access/service door duly interlocked with fan. AHU shall have thermally insulated totally sealed glass inspection window. Door shall be hinged type, hinges shall be casted powder coated zinc alloy.
