Providing supplying and laying industrial tiles of size 300 x 300 x 10 mm of high traffic good grip series of M/S Johnson & Johnson or eq. for parking & drive way at ground & 1st floor to be laid as per manufacturer specification on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) jointing with Gray cement slurry @ 3.3.kg per sqm including pointing the joint with cement and matching pigments etc as per pattern drawing and specification complete as directed by the engineer in charge
Providing F3 finish over concrete surface in cement mortar 1:1.5 (1 part cement : 1.5 part fine sand) including wetting the surface, labour curing all material scaffolding at all elevations all as per specification and as directed by engineer in charge
Supply manpower along with necessary pans, spades, punjas, ropes, small special spade, rain coat safety shoes etc minimum two number of labor per day up to maximum any number of labor as and when decided by engineer in charge to work for eight hours per day or monsoon period to carry out the cleaning of choked drains grating grills/Hume pipe/footpath by removing the dry leaves silt etc. and also carry out seasonable departmental work allotted by engineer in charge.
Carrying out civil engineering work like surveying & levelling checking of framework as per drawing, witnessing sample retrieval & testing for various construction material ensuring concrete ingredient ratio at batch plant of appropriate grade of concrete in plain and reinforced concrete works, ensuring proper mixing of approved ingredients & water proofing admixture for mortar and brick work plaster flooring & water proofing works. And other civil & PH works including supervision of construction safety as per BARC specification & relevant documentation compiling binding and preparation of tender documents & agreement overall as directed by the engineer in charge. Note:1. Each job shall be carried out by one qualified technician having minimum SSC or trade certificate in masonry, plumber/carpenter/painter trade of less than one year duration from ITI/Government recognised vocational training institute 2. Deployment: The contractor shall deploy one technician for each job for per day for minimum 8 hours and 30 minutes with 30 minute break in general (1st/2nd or round the clock shift including Saturday, Sunday & holidays whenever necessary as per the discretion of the engineer in charge during the contract period. In case of emergency work like continuation pouring of concrete or shut down/maintenance work. The person will have to stay longer occasionally as per the instruction of engineer in charge, no additional payment will be made on this account. 3. period of work: The contractor has carried out 3 jobs per day for the period mentioned in NIT 4. Mode of measurement: Measurement will be per job basis. A single job may be carried out for more than a day depending on the work.
