Supplying and injecting with approved quality chemical emulsion at the rates and concentrations as per IS 6313-2001 Part II for preconstructional antitermite treatment and creating a chemical barrier under and alround the masonry pits, masonry foundations, wall trenches, plinth filling, junctions of wall and floor, expansion joints, surfaces of RCC works for a depth of min. 500 mm from the finished ground level, surrounding of pipes, conduits etc., walls retaining soil above floor level, apron and drain along the perimeter of the building including all byeworks complete as per specification / IS 6313:2001 or latest revision and direction of Engineer Incharge (only ground floor plinth area of the building will be measured for the payment in the following three stages. i) 20% after completion of the foundations ii) 50% after completion of the ground floor flooring iii) 30% after completion of all treatment works including ground floor doors & windows. Work to be executed by approved agency and specified guarantee for 10 (ten) years shall be furnished by the contractor.

Providing and constructing Half brick masonry using Flyash/ Flyash Lime bricks in substructure with minimum 70 kg / Sq.cm strength of approved make and size in partition walls in C.M 1:4 using crushed sand including scaffolding, raking out joints, curing etc. complete and with stiffners of RCC 1:2:4 (105 X 75 mm size) at every 900 mm height including form work curing etc. complete as per specifications but excluding reinforcement. (Reinforcement will be paid under relevant item)

Providing and constructing Brickwork in cement mortar 1:4 using crushed sand with Flyash / Flyash Lime bricks with minimum 70 kg / Sq. cm strength of approved make and size in Sub structure including, scaffolding, raking out joints, curing, cleaning complete all as per specifications and drawings.

Supplying, stacking and laying of 230 mm thick rubble soling stones as under floor base including packing with smaller stone and compacting, ramming including spreading and consolidation of blinding material, moorum etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Providing supplying and laying industrial tiles of size 300 x 300 x 10 mm of high traffic good grip series of M/S Johnson & Johnson or eq. for parking in skirting , risers of step and dados over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) and jointing with gray cement slurry @ 3.3 kg per sqm including pointing in white cement.

Providing supplying and laying industrial tiles of size 300 x 300 x 10 mm of high traffic good grip series of M/S Johnson & Johnson or eq. for parking & drive way at ground & 1st floor to be laid as per manufacturer specification on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) jointing with Gray cement slurry @ 3.3.kg per sqm including pointing the joint with cement and matching pigments etc as per pattern drawing and specification complete as directed by the engineer in charge

Providing F3 finish over concrete surface in cement mortar 1:1.5 (1 part cement : 1.5 part fine sand) including wetting the surface, labour curing all material scaffolding at all elevations all as per specification and as directed by engineer in charge

Supply manpower along with necessary pans, spades, punjas, ropes, small special spade, rain coat safety shoes etc minimum two number of labor per day up to maximum any number of labor as and when decided by engineer in charge to work for eight hours per day or monsoon period to carry out the cleaning of choked drains grating grills/Hume pipe/footpath by removing the dry leaves silt etc. and also carry out seasonable departmental work allotted by engineer in charge.

Carrying out civil engineering work like surveying & levelling checking of framework as per drawing, witnessing sample retrieval & testing for various construction material ensuring concrete ingredient ratio at batch plant of appropriate grade of concrete in plain and reinforced concrete works, ensuring proper mixing of approved ingredients & water proofing admixture for mortar and brick work plaster flooring & water proofing works. And other civil & PH works including supervision of construction safety as per BARC specification & relevant documentation compiling binding and preparation of tender documents & agreement overall as directed by the engineer in charge. Note:1. Each job shall be carried out by one qualified technician having minimum SSC or trade certificate in masonry, plumber/carpenter/painter trade of less than one year duration from ITI/Government recognised vocational training institute 2. Deployment: The contractor shall deploy one technician for each job for per day for minimum 8 hours and 30 minutes with 30 minute break in general (1st/2nd or round the clock shift including Saturday, Sunday & holidays whenever necessary as per the discretion of the engineer in charge during the contract period. In case of emergency work like continuation pouring of concrete or shut down/maintenance work. The person will have to stay longer occasionally as per the instruction of engineer in charge, no additional payment will be made on this account. 3. period of work: The contractor has carried out 3 jobs per day for the period mentioned in NIT 4. Mode of measurement: Measurement will be per job basis. A single job may be carried out for more than a day depending on the work.

In case of emergency work like continuation pouring of concrete or shut down/maintenance work. The person will have to stay longer occasionally as per the instruction of engineer in charge, no additional payment will be made on this account. 3. period of work: The contractor has carried out 3 jobs per day for the period mentioned in NIT 4.
