CIVIL WORKS :- Providing and fixing of retro-reflectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC:67 made of high intensity grade sheeting vide Clause No. 801.3 of specifications for road and bridge works of Ministry of Road Transport & Highways (Latest Revision) fixed over aluminium sheeting, 1.5mm thick supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75mm x 75mm x 6mm , firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with PCC M-25 grade of 45cm x 45cm x 60cm, 60cm below ground level as per approved drawing & including cost of all materials, labour, T&P, royalty etc complete in all respect and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. 80cm X 60cm Rectangular

Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees girth upto 300mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable materials to be used or auctioned upto a lead of 1000metres including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150mm in thickness as per Clause 201 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works Latest Revision & including cost of all labour, T&P, royalty etc complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Earthwork in excavation for Road work / Structure in Ordinary soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 Cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, setting out, dressing of section to correct line, level, grade and camber transporting to embankment site within all lifts and lead upto 1000mtr., utilising the surplus earth locally for road work where ever required, back filling the excavated earth to the extent required complete in all respect as per approved drawing and technical specifications as per Section 900 and Clause 301 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (Latest Revision) & including cost of all labour, T&P, royalty etc complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Earth work excavation in foundation trenches in hard soil including dressing and levelling the bed up to required depth and depositing the excavated materials at places away from work site within 50mtr initial lead and 1.5mtr initial lifts T&P shoring shuttering dewatering if required etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying filling in foundation and plinth with sand in layers including watering, ramming, cost of conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials, all labour T&P required for the work etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. (measurement will be taken on finished compacted section only).

Cement concrete of propertion (1:3:6) in foundation and floors using 40mm nominal size clean hard black cursher broken granite metal of approved quality from approved quarry including lowering laying concrete in layers not exceeding 15cm thick to the required level ramming watering curing centering & shuttering etc. complete including cost conveyance royalty taxes of all materials and all labour T&P required for the work etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying P.C.C M-30 grade using 40mm down graded crusher broken stone aggregates as per approved drawing and technical specifications complete in all respect as per Section 900, 1000, 1500, 1700 & 2100 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (Latest Revision) & including cost & conveyance of all materials, labour, T&P, royalty etc complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & laying Plain cement concrete (1:2:4) using 12mm size black hard crusher broken granite chips of approved quality from approved quarry including lowering laying concrete in layers not exceeding 15cm thick to the required level ramming watering curing centering & shuttering etc. complete including cost conveyance royalty taxes of all materials and all labour T&P required for the work etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

RCC work of M-20 in all floors having a minimum compressive strength ( in work test) 200 kg/cm2 in 15cm cubes at 28 days after mixing and tests conducted in accordance with IS 456 and IS 516 using 10mm size to 20mm size black hard crusher broken granite stone chips (10mm size 40% & 20mm size 60%) of approved quality & from approved quarry including hoisting lowering laying and compacting concrete with centering & shuttering and finishing the exposed surface smooth providing grooves or beads where necessary and providing required No. of fan hooks as required including cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect but excluding cost of MS rod / Tor steel and binding wire and labour charges for bending binding and tying the grills etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
