Design, fabricate, supply, testing and commisioning of CPRI approved factory made LT Panel Board double door, out door type fabricated out of 3.15mm thick CRCA sheet steel for outer body and 2.00mm thick CRCA Sheet for inner partition walls, independent cabinate with cabinate doors for MCCBs, Bus Bars, cable trays, metering equipment, vertical type floor mounted on angle iron frame of ISA 45x45x5mm with minimum height of legs 45 cm, minimum IP-54 protection, comprising of solid aluminium bus bar 4 strips suitable of 800 Amps, suitablily grouted to PCC complete with internal wiring, epoxy powder coated, connections of cable ends with suitable size of aluminium cable lugs with the following accessories. Supply, laying & testing cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric cables with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, of 50 Sqmm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying & testing cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric cables with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, of 35 Sqmm 4 core complete all as specified and directed.

M&L of LT junction box, waterproof and fire proof, sheet moulding compound (SMC) Sintex Make box of inside size 250mm x140mmx95mm deep complete with 4 Nos terminal end, aluminum strip of 20x4 mm size fixing cable end terminal and 3 Nos MS bolts and nut of size 8 mm dia x 30 mm long and MCB mounting rail with 32 amp MCB SPN welded with box fixed on MS angle of size 40x40x5 mm with MS clamp including PCC work and testing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Precast concrete cable cover class LV Type 1, flat, size 250mm 150mm x 40mm , ISI marked across the cable for protection of cable after sand cushioning complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and laying dry river sand for cable cushioning in trenches to required width at bottom and top of cable incl spreading, levelling, watering and consiolidation thickness 18 cm after punning complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregates) as in foundation filling and mass concrete including form work for poles all as specified and directed

M&L for steel tubing galvanised, light grade complete with fittings laid in trenches/ fixed along with poles etc as protection to cables of size 80 mm dia bore complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches n. exc 1.5 mtr wide and n. exc 1.5 mtr depth for pole / cable / foundation etc including getting out in soft /loose soil complete all as specified and directed.
