The lime used should be sourced from Pollachi which is highly iron fortified and suitable for structural and masonry works.

Dismantling, clearing away and carefully stacking materials useful for One course of pressed tile roof finish in Cement Mortar

Finishing the top of roof with one course of machine pressed tiles 23cmx 23cmx20mm of approved quality laid in ;LM 1:1.5,12mm thick mixed with water proofing compound 2% by weight of cement used etc, complete with standard specifications.

Painting with multicolour (Panchavarnam) good water based exterior emulson paints complete for the Vinamans/Gopurams, including cost and conveyance of all materials, lobour charges including Artist painter, working in heights, lifting of material, cost of brushes etc, complete-which including all extra for foldings-100sft, superficial area.

Scraping the old paint and Painting two coats of newly plastered Exterior/Interior walls with I class ready mixed plastic emulsion paint and of approved colour over a priming coat including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt and including necessary plaster of paris putty, wherever required etc., in all respects as directed by the departmental officers

Earth work excavation for foundation (for narrow excavation) in all soils and sub-soils and to full depth as may be directed except in rock requiring blasting inclusive of shoring shuttering, bailing out water wherever necessary and depositing the surplus earth within the compound in places shown by the departmental officers with an initial lead of 10 mts and initial lift of 2 mts. and clearing and levelling the site, etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying and filling in foundation, basement, etc with filling crushed stone sand in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well watered, rammed and consolidated etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Cement Concrete 1:5:10 (One Cement, Five crushed stone sand and Ten hard broken stone jelly) using 40 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for foundation including dewatering wherever necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well rammed, consolidated and curing etc. complete complying with standard specification

Supplying and erecting steel shuttering including necessary supports for plain surfaces for reinforced cement concrete works such as grade beams, column footing, plinth beam, staircase steps, pedestals bed blocks cover slab etc., using mild steel B.G 10 sheets of size 90cm X 60cm Stiffened with mild steel angles of size 25mm X 25mm X 3mm for boarding laid over silver oak ( Country wood) joists of size 10cm X 6.5cm spaced at about 90cm centre to centre, supported by casurina props 10cm to 13cm diameter spaced at 75cm centre to centre etc.,complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying and erecting centering for sides and soffits including necessary supports and strutting upto 3.29 M height for plane surfaces as detailed below in all floors with all cross bracings using Mild Steel sheets of size 90 x 60 cm and 10 BG stiffened with welded Mild Steel angle of size 25mm x 25mm x 3 mm for boarding laid over silver oak joists of size 10cm x 6.50 cm spaced at abote 90 cm centre to centre and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13 cm dia spaced at not more than 75 cm centre to centre etc. complete complying with the standard specificaiton. (Payment for centering shall be given after the concrete is laid)

Providing and laying in position, Standarised Concrete Mix M20 Grade in accordance with IS : 456-2000, using 20 mm and down graded hard brocken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement content of 325 kg /m3 and maximum water cement ratio of 0.55, including admixture (plasticiser / super plasticiser) in recommanded proportions as per IS : 9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability with about ( 5 cum )7730 kg of 20 mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about ( 3.30 cum )5156 kg of 10 - 12 mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about ( 4.79 cum )7670 kg of sand, but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering and also including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing etc. and providing fixtures like fan clamps in RCC floor / roof slabs where ever necessary without claiming extra etc, complete complying with stsndard specification and as directed by Departmental officers. The course and fine aggrigates to be used should comply with the requirements of IS Standards. (No separate payment will be made by the Department for the excess usage of materials.)

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position Mild Steel / Ribbed Tor Steel grills for all RCC works as per design given including cost of steel and G.I. binding wire in all floors etc. complete complying with standard specification. (Contractor has to make his own arrangements for the supply of steel and binding wire).

Brick work in lime Mortor 1:2 ( One Lime Two Sand ) using country brick of size 83/4"x41/4"x23/4" including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges and all other incidental charges etc completc complying with standard specification.

Plastering with Lime mortar 1:1.5, (One Lime and One and a half Sand) 12mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials and all labour charges,curing etc,complete complying with standard specifications.

Flooring with cut stone slab of size 600mmX600mm and other sizes suitable for site requirement not less than 100mm thick with machine cut edges and top surface dressed as directed by the departmental officers including cost and conveyance of materials to site and lobour charges for paving and Pointing With Lime Mortor1:1.5 etc complete.( outer flooring)

Supplying of 4.00 sqm PVC insulated and sheathed 3 and giving necessay connections with automatic cut of board flooting ball of new type 2 HP core flat type finolex copper gable for motor pump electrical conforming to IS 694/1996 including convenyance to work site etc., Complet with stantred sprcification .

Supplying and fixing in position best quality PVC soil / waste pipes of various dia having 6 kg / sq.cm. pressure BIS mark and providing leak proof joints using PVC adhesives including fixing to the wall with special PVC / MS clamp, teak wood plugs, brass screws, etc., and making connection to all sanitary fittings, dismantling masonry / RCC works wherever found necessary and making the good dismantled portion to the original condition, including testing for any leakages, etc., complete complying with standard specifications. (The PVC pipes should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works).
