COMPREHENSIVE MAINTENANCE TO BR WORK LIKE JOINERY, PLUMBING,CARPENTER, MASONRY WORK, MS WORK,ROLLER BLINDS,EPOXY FLOORING ETC IN ZONE 2 and 3 AND ASSOCIATED AREAS AND REPAIR MAINT OF SOFT PATCH

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling, cement concrete tiles including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises outside the MD land (The place of disposal shall be find out by contractor).

M&L for PCC 100mm thick type D-2 (1:4:8) using 40mm graded aggregate as in sub base all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick ( square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the shade of the tiles with and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified.

M & L for Coloured glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface area of tiles n exc 0.18 Sqm thick with and including 10 mm thick cm (1:4) backing coat and Triangular filliting at top of skirting, set and jointed in neat cement paste and pointed in coloured cement to match the shade of the tiles.

M&L virified ceramic tiles 8-10mm thick (square/rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 Sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match in floor including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer for laying floor finishes in CM 1:4 etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match.Note : Engr-in-Charge will select sample from latest catalouge.

Ditto all as per item No 5 above but in skirting/ vertical surface including 10mm thick backing coat in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for acid/ Chemical resistant tiles 15mm thick vitreous ceramic, unglazed, set, jointed and pointed in chemical resistant mortar, resin type, in floors complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 7-8mm thick engineering wooden flooring laid down over necessary apung/ polythene/ base cushion complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair for 7-8mm thick wooden skirting complete all as specified and as directed. (Make : Hego/pergo)

Demolition of Stone granite slabs and tiles/ Interlocking paver blocks of any description or thickness in floors, aprons laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar and removing rubbish off the premises (outside MD land) etc complete all as specified and directed
