Cost of concreting for all types of 132 KV DC tower foundation including cost of cement coarse sand stone grid ,dewatering,shoring and shuttering,forming,curing but excluding cost of reinforcement bars with 1:2:4 mix concrete (RCC)

Providing and installation of steel reinforcement bars in RCC foundations, including supply of reinforcement steel, cutting, bending, placing, tying and fixing in foundation pits, complete in all respects as per approved drawings, specifications

Erection of Superstructure of 132KV Towers and Anchor tower and their extensions wherever required including all work above ground level excluding hoisting of insulators, hardware & accessories, but including fitting of danger number, phase plates, bird guard and fixing & punching for 132KV DC lines

Tack welding of all the bolts up to the height of one section of the tower or 5 meter from ground level whichever is higher with three tacks at 1200seperatiion of minimum 10 mm thickness with 10mm/12 mm electrode & application of Zinc rich Aluminium paint on the affected surface including cost of all material , as per approved specifications

Laying, stringing, tensioning, clamping and jointing of HTLS conductor equivalent to Panther for all three phases , including hoisting of insulator fittings of all necessary hardware and accessories i.e. fitting armour rod, vibration damper etc. alongwith all related works upto energization of line

Laying, stringing, tensioning, clamping, jointing,including fittings of all necessary Hardware and accessories of OPGW & OFAC, termaination at S/s, end to end connectivity & testing etc on 132KV lines

Grounding/earthing works, including earthwork for pipe-type earthing, provision and installation of earthing pipe electrode, supply and filling of coke and salt, watering, compaction and all associated works, complete in all respects as per approved drawings, specifications.
