Taking down carefully unserviceable Street light/Flood light/ High bay light fitting of HPSV/MH/FTL/LED of any watt from poles/roof/ceiling after disconnecting electric supply and sealing the cable ends for carrying out repairs,transporation from site to contractor's workshop and back after repairs including replacement of unserviceable spares parts to make the fitting fully functional to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in -charge, refixing the fitting and testing on completion complete all as specified and as directed. Note-: Spare parts shall be measured and paid separately under item No 2 to 15 of BOQ.

Supply & Fixing in repair 1.5 Sqmm 2 core multi-stranded armoured copper conductor, PVC insulated sheathed cable for connecting junction box to street light fitting complete all as specified and directed. Make-Havells/Polycab/Finolex

Supply & fixing in repair PVC conduit medium grade 25mm thick for running 2 core cable from junction box to street / flood light fitting including necessary fixing arrangement such as MS clamp of suitable size complete with nuts and bolts all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully existing u/s LT UG cable of size 10 Sqmm to 25 Sqmm 2/3.5/4core 1100V grade PVC/XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed armoured conductor laid in trenches/ on poles through GI protection pipe complete all as specified and directed. (Excavation and earthwork shall be measured and paid for separately under respective items of BOQ)

Supply, laying ,jointing ,testing and commissioning LT UG cable of size 10 Sqmm 2 core 1100V grade PVC insulated, PVC sheathed armoured aluminium conductor laid in trenches/ on poles through GI protection pipe complete including connection of cable at both ends with suitable size of glands, aluminum lugs complete all as specified and directed. Make- Havells/ Polycab/ Kalinga/Gloster. Note-Excavation,earthwork,sand cushioning ,GI pipe protection,PCC cable cover shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of BOQ.

All as per item No 19 here-in-before but cable of size 25 sqmm 3.5 core.

Excavation, in trenches in hard/dense soil not exceeding 1.5 m in width and not exc 1.5 m in depth for laying under ground cable and getting out complete all as specified & directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick each ,filling back in trenches after laying of cable and tested complete all as specified & directed.

Removal of surplus excavated material to a distance exc 50 m but not exc. 100 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for Sand cushioning to under ground cable with clean dry sand locally available with layer of sand 8cm thick before laying of cable and 15 cm after laying of cable complete all as specified & directed. Note- For payment purpose punned thickness of 18 cm shall be measured against spread thickness of 23 cm as mentioned in para 19.75 of SSR part-I.

Material & Labour for Un-reinforced pre cast concrete cable covers class LV, type-1, flat, of size 250mm x 150 mm x 40mm for cable protection complete all as specified & directed.

Supply & Fixing in replacement of MCB, SP 6 to 32 Amps - 10KA 240 Volts complete all as specified & directed. Make: Cat part No DHMGCSPF006-032 of Havells or equivalent in C&S/Legrand.

Supply & Fixing in replacement of new generation energy saving and environmental friendly long life 120 watt LED flood light fitting made up of pressure die cast aluminium housing with high power LED as lighting source with 100 lumens/watt colour ,temperature 5700-6500K and lens embedded PC cover having top opening separate driver compartment with IP 66 protection and impact resistance of IK07 with 10 KV built in surge protection device as light source complete all as specified & directed . Make: Cat part No. LF20-132-060-57-G2 of wipro or equivalent in GE/Philips

Supply & Fixing in replacement of new generation energy saving and environmental friendly long life 60 watt LED street light fitting made up of pressure die cast aluminium housing with high power LED as lighting source with 100 lumens/watt colour ,temperature 5700-6500K and lens embedded PC cover having top opening separate driver compartment with IP 66 protection and impact resistance of IK07 with 10 KV built in surge protection device as light source all as specified & directed Make : Cat part No. LR02-671-XXX-57-G2 of wipro or equivalent in GE/Philips

Supply & Fixing in replacement of thermoplastic cable junction boxes IP 65 with metric knockout for cable entry of size 200 x160x 98 mm fixing on pole / wall with MS clamps / MS flat iron ( as per site requirement) of size 25x4mm , nuts, bolts, washer and glands, including one No of MCB SP 6 Amps complete all as per specified and directed. Make: Hansel or equivalent as approved by GE.

Suppy and fixing in replacement of LED out door driver IP66 suitable for LED street light fitting of 60 to 120 watts of make Havells/Bajaj/Philips/Crompton as required at site complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing of Steel tubing light grade galvanised of size 40mm dia laid in trench or fixed to wall for cable protection, complete all as specified & directed. Make-Jindal/Tata/Kalinga

Material & Labour for street light bracket made out of 40mm dia GI pipe light grade tubing 1.2 mtr long bent to required shape including 02 Nos of MS clamp of size 450x50x5mm flat and suitable size of nuts and bolts complete all as specified & directed. Make-Jindal/Tata/Kalinga

Supply & Fixing in replacement of digital type timer switch 3 phase module type, 24 hrs program , programmable 15 times min current capacity 16 Amps with one change over complete all as specified and directed. Make- Indo asian / L&T/Havells/C&S.

Supply & Fixing in replacement of contactor 70 Amps ,415 volt 50 Hz 3 pole for street light panel complete all as specified and directed. Make- Indo asian / L&T/Havells/C&S.

Note : Schedule of Credit Rs. 30,115.00 will be deducted from the total amouont quoted while accepting the bid. Details of Schedule of credit is given in tender documents
