CWE/AF AMB/SAR-40/2025-26 REPAIR MAINTENANCE OF AUTOMATIC SLIDING GATE AND CONNECTED ITEMS AT AF STN SARSAWA UNDER GE AF SARSAWA

Repair and maintenance of electally operated automatic sliding gate motor driven and remote control operation of three phase motor capacity 5000 kgs of any make installed near ARC entrance gate in AF Station Sarsawa making the sliding gate in fully serviceable condtition complete include the following and all as specified and directed :-

(A) Taking out automatic sliding gate of size 30 M x 3 M -02 Nos from its existing position with the help of hydra crane all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (B) Disconnecting all electrical connection from control panel all as specifed by Engr-in-Charge. (C) Disconnecting all mechanical connection such as rack pinion arrangement, roller wheels and other connecting links. (D) Removal of roller wheels, track wheels and gate supporting channels with opening of nuts, bolts, washers complete. (E) Removal of dirt/dust partical from guide track control panel and all connected parts and assembly of gate complete. (F) Painting of gate complete with two coates of synthetic enamel paint over 1 coat of red oxide primer complete. (G) Assemble all connected parts such as rack pinion guide wheel supporting channel and control panel of sliding gate in and including all minor repairs with petty spare parts complete. (H) Refixing the sliding gate to its original position and making alignment and balancing in proper position to operate in and including necessary welding work of the sliding gate complete. (J) Install the sliding gate complete then testing and commissioning of sliding gate complete. Notes : - (a) The repair /maint work shall be executed through any vender having minimum 5 years experience of similar work in any state / central govt department. (b) Supply and fixing as in replacement of motor shall be measured and paid separtely.

S&F in replacement sliding gate three phase motor of capacity 5000 Kg, 230 V 3 PH/400 V 3 ph+N (+6% - 10%) 50 HZ, 1400 RPM, Power consumption 850W, Reduction ratio 1:43.2, No of pinion teeth CR Z 16-Rack 30x30 Module 6, Nominal Toirque 155 N-M, Max thrust 5 KN, Duty rating 50% 100% Oil qty 2 Kg, Temp Range - 20 C to 55 C gear motor weight 50 Kg housing protection IP 55. Max gate weight 3500 Kg gate speed 10m/min, Max gate length 35M, clutch type twin disc in oil bath, starter panel mechanical limit switches with remote and control complete all as specified and directed. Notes : (a) Make of Motor shall be same as per the existing motor i.e Faaac or equivalent in specification. (b) Old Unsv retrived motors will be property of the department and the same shall be deposited in store yard of MES.

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5mtr wide & not exceeding 1.5mtr in depth; for foundation, laying/taking out pipes/cables etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. not exceeding 10sqm on plan & not exceeding 1.5mtr in depth and getting out, in soft/loose type of soil complete all as specified & directed.

Returning filling in including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick each in soft/loose type of soil complete all as specified & directed.

Removal of excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr & depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour for sand cushioning to cable with a layer of sand 8 cm deep before laying the cable and 15 cm deep after laying the cable (punned down to 18 cm depth after laying and stretching of cable ) complete all as specified & directed.

Material labour for common burnt clay bricks, sub class 'B' grade laid in trenches for protection of UG cables perpendicular to the direction of the cables complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, laying and testing of cable XLPE Insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with standed aluminium conductor of size 16 sq mm 4 core complete including taking out old UNSV cable all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B2 using 40mm grade stone aggregate as in copping of electric pole or making good of disturbed surface complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing GI Tubing light grade of size 40mm bore for LT cable protection complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. For Credit Schedule refer tender documents. The amount of credit schedule shall be deducted from total quoted amount of BOQ to arrive contract sum.
