Providing, laying, spreading and compacting machine crushed stone aggregreates(Ghatri Quarry) of specific size (53-22.4 mm) to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing rolling with smooth wheel roller 8 to 10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber applying and brooming, stone screening material i.e. stone dust to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering & compacting to the required density grading-3 (G-3) as per MORD technical specifications as per clause no 405.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 using Bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with Air compressure. As per MORD Technical specification clause 503 (I) (Rates are including cost of Bitumen)

Providing laying and rolling of open graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates (Haldwani/ Jhansi quarry) either using penetration grade bitumen to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing coarse on a previously prepared base , including mixing in a hot mix plant capacity 30-40 per hour , laying and rolling with a three wheeled 80-100 KN capacity static roller , finished to required level and grades as per MORD technical specification clause 508 case-II.(Rates are including Cost of Bitumen)

Providing and laying seal coat type "C" sealing the voids in a bituminous surfsce P.C. surface laid to specified levels grade and cross fall using with 6.7 mm nominal size grit of Jhansi / Halwani quarry @ 0.09 cum per sqm with Bitumen @ 6.50 kg/10sqm including heating of Bitumen to the required temperature and including all material , Labour & T&P etc. as per Clause 510 case-III of MORD Specification.(Rates are including Cost of Bitumen).

M-150 brick on edging both side including all material, labour and T & P etc.

Eartwork in strengthening shouldres , making daula of service road in ordinary soil including lead upto 500m and lift upto 1.50m with proper levelling, dressing and manual compaction with all cost of labour T & P , etc complete.
