PROVISION OF NEW 100 KVA DG SET FOR COMPUTER INSTALLATION AT VARIOUS TRAINING LABS IN NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF HYDROGRAHPY GOA UNDER GE GOMANTAK VASCO

Supply, install, testing and commissioning, factory assembled diesel Engine driven generating set , fully wired alternator AC to given an output of 100 KVA /80 KW continuously rating at a PF of 0.8 lagging, 415 Volts AC 3 phase 4 wire 50 Hz +/-1% supply, minimum BHP 159 @ 1500 RPM, directly coupled with diesel engine with AMF Panel at NIH.DG Set shall be water cooled mounted on common base frame with AC Alternator complete with fuel tank provided within canopy on base frame (Service tank) of adequate capacity with fuel line and accessories, including PCC /RCC foundation work as per manufacturer instructions, vibration and damper pads , control panel and other accessories etc and comprising of the following:-

(I) Engine :- (a) Diesel driven engine, radiator cooled with blower fan engine and fully controlled by Electronic Engine control module. (b) Turbocharger, Charge in air cooled. (c) Fuel injection pump system with electronic governing. (d) Dual fuel filter system: Pre & main filter including water separator and Water In Fuel sensor. (e) Integral set-mounted radiator system, designed for 50°C ambient temperature. ƒƒ (f) Full flow spin on lube oil filter with lube oil cooler. ƒƒ (g) Battery of suitable rating. (h) Battery charging alternator , DC Self starter, Fuel pipe C Class of suitable size. (i) Fuel tank:-minimum 08 Hrs full load diesel storage capacity inbuilt tank.

(II) Alternator :- (a) Brushless Exitation type, Screen protected, Revolving field, Self excited alternator conforming to IS/IEC 60034-1, Suitable rated at 0.8 PF, 415 V, 3 Phase, 4 wire 50 Hz, at 1500 RPM, self excited and self regulated with AVR , screen protected, drip proof, self ventilated for engine as mentioned here in before (b) ƒƒ 3 Phase reconnectable copper winding with terminals brought out for connection. ƒƒ (c) Sealed bearings for alternator. (d) Having IP 23 Enclosure, H Class of insulation, voltage regulation +/- 1% (III) Acoustic Enclosure:- Acoustic enclosure for the above DG set to reduce noise level to 75b measured at 1.0m distance for audible frequencies as per guidelines of central pollution control board.

Excavation in trenches 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5 m deep in hard/dense soil getting out and levelling of bottom surface to required level for laying UG cable / erection of poles all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5 m deep in soft/disintegrated rock getting out and levelling of bottom surface to required level all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material of soils from site to a distance not exc 50 mtr away and depositing where directed not exc 1.5mtr from the starting point all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Laying in trenches Clear Sand/m- Sand for cushioning under ground cable 8 cm below and 15 cm above complete in level all as specified and as directed. Note: Punned down thickness of sand only shall be measured and paid.

Supply & Laying precast concrete cable cover, class LV, type 1, flat, size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm in trenches for protect to underground cable complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix or laying in trenches / on wall / poles / structures as in repairs GI tubing light grade 80 mm dia for road crossing / for cable protection / fixing of pigmi lights etc,of the following sizes including necessary provision for cable entry if requiredd in pigmi lights pole, fixing MS nut, bolt & washers / MS clamps complete as required all as specified and as directed.

Supply , Laying and testing cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 95 sq mm, 3 1/2 core all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix on load change over switch 415 V in sheet metal enclosure 4 pole of capacity 200 Amps all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate, electrode,600x600x6.0 mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below normal ground level) connected to GI strip 25x 4 mm thick dia by mens of nuts, bolts, & washers of GI as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I Connected to earthing point all as specified and including necessary earth pit PCC 1:3:6 chamber be 50mm thick PCC 1:2:4 chamber cover with GI handle , watering arrangement shall be made with GI pipe light grade of 20mm dia including funnel and protection to earth lead shall be provided with GI pipe light grade 40 mm dia upto 7.5 from the earth plate electrode & refilling of soil etc including necessary excavation & earth work in any strata and PCC chamber all as specified and as directed. Note : GI earth strip upto 7.5 RM is included in the unit rate quoted.
