Providing and fixing HD Series digital rectified ceramic floor tiles stone vitrified tiles 300x300x10mm (Three hundred into Three hundred into ten millimetre) of Nitco/Kazaria / Somany of approved coloured shade in skirting on a bed of 12mm (Twelve millimeters) thick cement mortar 1:3 (One cement : three coarse coarse sand) laid over and jointed with neat cement slurry finished with flush pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of required shade to match the shade of tiles complete upto all floor level in all heights including entire carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications and the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including other incidentals in pattern finish approved by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying 10mm (Ten millimetre) thick antiskid water proof stain and impact resistant Digital glazed HD series double charge vitrified tiles Nitco/Kazaria / Asian 600x600mmx10mm (Six hundred into six hundred into ten millimetre) size of approved shade and colour in flooring, tread of steps and landings laid over 12mm (Twelve millimetre) thick cement mortar 1:3 (One cement : Three coarse sand) jointed with cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles as required complete upto all floor level in all heights including entire carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals in pattern finish approved by the Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals.
