Complete servicing of the lift by way of oiling/cleaning of the lift components like guide channels, pulleys etc cleaning of the top of the lift car by using blower,checking/cleaning of the lift ropes, over speed governor for proper functioning. The job further includes car door alignment, landing door alignment for smooth operation of the lift, checking of electrical parameters of lift, loose connections if any, adjustment of lift parameters, checking of automatic rescue device for proper functioning.
Providing and replacement fitting of Over speed Governor, Landing operating Panel & Cabin Operating panel Control Push Buttons, Auto Rescue Device Batteries 06 Nos (12V-18AH) The job involves removing of the old wornout/damaged Over speed Governor, Landing operating Panel & Cabin Operating panel Control Push Buttons, Auto Rescue Device Batteries 06 Nos (12V-18AH) and fitting of new assemblies/ parts by using suitable tools and tackles. Any other item not mentioned but found necessary for reliable operation is deemed to be included
Providing of CMC for 01 year post repair and proper functioning of the lift as certified by concerned Engineer on Site
