Stabilization, levveling and neatly dressing of dumped soil, including making benches wherever required, making rough trenches etc. as per direction of CONSULTANT/Engineer-In-Charge.
Supplying and laying open mesh Jute Geotextile (JGT) for slope protection using steel reinforcement U hooks as per specification, having overall weight of 500gm/m2, thickness 5 mm, width 1220 mm, strength 10 KN/m (in warp direction) and 7.5 KN/m (in weft direction) on slopes of embankments dressed and cut to a stable gradient, providing side lapping of 100 mm and horizontal lapping of 250 mm including cutting and anchoring trenches up to 150 mm depth at top and bottom of slope and refilling the same with excavated earth as per direction complete.(Note: Payment of this item will be made on the finished area of the gabion meshes).
Laying & fixing of scrap/used Gabion mesh using steel reinforcement U hooks as per specification for use over sloped benches/berms etc. providing side lapping of 100 mm and horizontal lapping of 250 mm including cutting and anchoring trenches up to 150 mm depth at top and bottom of slope and refilling the same with excavated earth as per direction complete supplied in the form for easy transportation upto 2 km to site of work all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. ( Note: 1. Payment of this item will be made on the finished area of the gabion mesh 2. Gabion mesh will be issued free of cost).
52 mm thick cement concrete flooring with concrete hardener topping,under layer 40 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and top layer 12 mm thick cement hardener consisting of mix 1:2 (1:cement hardener mix : 2 graded stone aggregate 6 mm nominal size) by volume, hardening compound mixed @ 2 litre per 50 kg of cement or as per manufacturer’s specifications. Demolishing R.C.C. work by mechanical means and stockpiling at designated locations and disposal of dismantled materials up to a lead of 1 kilometre, stacking serviceable and and unserviceable material separately including cutting reinforcement bars.

Engaging of Unskilled Labours for cleaning of drains, roads etc., including all tools and tackles with safety items & as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. ( As & When required)

Contractor is requested not to quote rate for the item No-1 of Schedule-B. The rate is fixed.
In case of increase/decrease in minimum basic wages of laboures as notified by the Chief Labour Commissioner (C), Government of India and subsequent orders issued by Project Personnel Department, Kirandul Complex from time to time as received by the concerned office during the contract period, the difference amount and PF shall be paid to the contractor by NMDC along with the service charges at finally agreed percentage (i.e. 7.0%) on the revised minimum wages. Similarly decrease in the minimum wages will be adjusted from the contractor's accounts. The rate for this item has been derived by considering the basic rate of unskilled labour w.e.f 01.10.2025.
Bonus: If applicable, Contractor has to pay the Bonus amount to labours supplied under item No-1 of Schedule-B in execution of work
No claim for Bonus amount by the Contractor to NMDC
It may be noted that Rate derived for unskilled labour is inclusive of Bonus. No reimbursement against payment of bonus to the eligible labour deployed under Schedule B, will be given. However, contractor has to produce documentary proof of payment of applicable bonus to eligible labours at the time of obtaining IR Clearance from Personnel Department before payment of final bill.
