Essential services for operation of sluice valve round the clock at IT chowk, depot gate and near EP Barrack in (three shifts)(i) Shift 0600-1400 Hrs, (ii) 1400-2200 Hrs and (iii) 2200-0600 Hrs during the month including Sunday, holidays by employing one FGM cum operator in 1st shift, one FGM in IInd shift and one FGM in third shift complete all as directed as per availability of water/electric supply during stagered timings of suction and delivery side complete all as directed and specified comprising of the following :

FOR F Sub Depot Pump House AND DEPOT AREA :-

Sluice Valve 300 MM dia -01 No (For FSD Pump House)

Sluice Valve 200 MM dia -02 No (Depot Area)

Sluice Valve 200 MM dia -01 No (For Raw water)

Note :- for item No 1 ,2, 3, 4 ,5 ,6 & 7 As per terms and condition : The operation shall only be done by trained and licensed skilled FGM having ITI qualified or equivalent, with one year practical experience or min 10+2 qualification with five year experience of similar work

Every tradesman should have his own valid identity card for being Indian Citizen.

Police verification should invariably get done for each tradesman.

Qualification/experience certificate of the employed tradesmen shall be kept on record.

Minimum wages as per Minimum Wages Act shall be paid.

Charter of duty for each tradesman shauld be given including for maintaining cleanliness of work place/area/installations/plant & machineries.

The wages paid record be maintained at GE office, being the principal employer of the tradesmen employed by the contractor.

All records as required as per SOP on EM installation for the upkeep of installations shall be maintained.

Tradesmen should wear proper uniform and name plate/badge.

Tradesmen employed shall not be continues to work beyound 11 months.

Tradesmen shall be rotated in such a way with suitable break in service during the period employed, to avoaid claim legal right for permanency at a later date.

Service/job outsourced should not be of permanent nature.

All service contained in various labour laws/Acts and IAFW-21249 as amended from time to time are meticulously followed.

Contractor provided water supply tools, electrician tools, safety tools and emergency torch.

All tradesmen shall be individually life insured. The insurance certificate should be kept on record.

Contractor responsible for opening and depositing of PPF A/C of each personel deployed.

Contractor will implement of labour payment through e-payment system.
