Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for; and disposing of debris outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of reinforced Cement Concrete of cover slabs in any position and removing the debris out side MD land complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, separating and stacking the serviceable material and disposing the unserviceable material outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc., and disposing of debris outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.50 m wide and not exceeding 1.50 m deep for foundations etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. and not exceeding 10 sq m on plan and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, soils (obtained from excavation in trenches), including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming soil in layers not exceeding 25 cm complete all as specified and as directed

Removal of excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point, complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour, for Plain Cement Concrete (1:4:8) type D2, using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling, etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour, for Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4, type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregates) as in surface channels, drains, etc., with necessary formwork, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only Integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour, for Brick work with sub class `B’ bricks, built in CM (1:4) straight or curved on plan exc. 6 m mean radius etc., complete all as specified and as directed.
