M & L for Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry type C1 , 1:3: 6, 20mm graded stone aggregate with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in mortar 1:6 including demolition of PCC block masonry and removal of debries from out side of MOD land complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 in two coats (10mm and 5mm thick) mixed with water proofing compound with 5mm thick layer on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces including finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only for water proofing compound.

Taking down cement plaster including racking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc including removal of rubbish material from site.

M&L for 10mm thick plaster in cm (1:6) on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces including finishing even & smooth without using extra cement.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surface and applying two coat of white or tinned with cement base paint over priming coat on exterior wall complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) in soft/loose soil each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for PCC 1:3:6 , Type C2 (40mm gradd stone aggregate) as in fixing of RCC/PCC post or similar type of works etc complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-charge.

Dismantling posts or struts (Wood, steel or RCC) any section, including taking out embedded portion from concrete, brick work, masonry etc., and making good disturbed in natural ground complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Hand rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-500D complete all as specified.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and dircted.

M & L Flat/angle iron iron fixed to posts to hold the chain link fencing complete all as specified and directed

M & L 10 mm dia round bars as holding bars for chain link fencing fixed at top and bottem, including linking one to another horigontal bar complete all as specified and directed.

S&F MS 10 to 12mm dia screw bolts (Machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other ends each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut exc 15 cm n.exc 22.5 cm long complete all as specified and directed

Fixing only chain link fencing including, line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc, including provision of binding wire etc. including dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type complete all as specified.

Supply only chain link fencing any size or type as approved by GE complete all as specified.

S&F CONSEC ZAL super razor punch barb tape (SRPBT) helix coil with and including necessary GI fixing clips for securing complete all as specified and directed with folliowing specification (i) dia of coil (unstreched - 600 mm) (ii) no of circlr - 51 turns per coil (iii) weight of each coil with hessain pack 8.5 kg (iv) coverage per coil - 8 RM (v) central core wire made of 2.6 mm dia GI H.T. S&F in repair galvanised 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacings and straining, fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossing with and provisioning of galvanised mild steel wire, staples of steel pins etc all as specified and directed.

M & L to Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails,braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Mild 1.60mm thick steel, plain, black sheet in wall cladding, steel gates and similar work, cut to size, holes punched; including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel framing with plain 40 mm lap joints with riveted or welded seams, including bending or turning up, mitred angles, etc. as required complete all as specified

M&L for preparation of new surfaces of steel over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified.

Demolition of plain cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B2 (using 40mm graded agg) as in hardstanding/path/ plinth prottection incl finishing even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4, type B-0 using (12.5mm graded aggregate ) as in levelling course under floor tiling complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for chequered cement concrete tile with grey cement and pigment (of approved tint) of size 20 cm x 20 cm x 25mm thick over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement Mortar 1:6, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry complete all as specified.

Dismantling of stone slabs and granite laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar of any description or thickness in floors, aprons cills or plateform etc all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 40 mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded agg) as in floor and finishing cement conerete surface even and smooth with using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

S&F glass dividing strip 3mm thick and 38 mm width, inserted in position confirming to design complete, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm graded aggregate) as in surface channels and drains including necessary formwork

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc

Demolition of Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for if cement concrete is reinforced (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) complete all as specified.

Demolition of stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, and ashlar facings,dressed stonework and precast concrete articles built in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2(using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Walling of Random rubble, uncoursed , polygonal rubble walling brought up to course built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning and filling including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Loose filling with aggregates of guage 80 to 150 mm broken stone or boulders behind weep holes complete.
