Sub Head:- I (Operation and Maintenance) Annual Operation & day to day Maintenance contract of GSM autodailer Fire Alarm system at Localizer, Glide Path, INRESS, GAGAN, DVOR and Microprocessor based analog addressable intelligent fire alarm system of terminal building including addressable Sensor Detectors, Response Indicators, duct smoke indicators, addressable MCP, beam detectors, hooters, addressable control module involving operation and maintenance for serviceability, preventive maintenance records/documents etc by deputing minimum manpower as per the detailed specifications, terms and conditions under the contract on all days including Sundays and holidays etc. as requried.

•

Annual Operation & day to day maintenance contract of Fire Fighting, Hydropneumatic system along with centrifugal pumps and submersible pumps for water supply involving repairs and maintenance to complaints/faults and taking rectification action ensuring serviceability/satisfactory working condition of the systems, preventive maintenance of records/documents etc by deputing minimum manpower as per the detailed specifications terms and conditions under the contract on all days including Sundays and holidays etc as required.

Deployment of trained fire fighters retired personals of city fire service/ trained fire fighter in fire discipline in shift at the Airport on all working days including Sundays and Holidays to look after the fire detection and fighting system to keep the system always in operational condition including carring out regular checks drills etc. as required, as per the detailed specifications terms and conditions under the contract.
