Scope of Work: (1) Checking and Inspection of Complete Lubrication system twice in a week (2) Weekly and Monthly maintenance of Lubrication system. (3) Any type of minor/major repair and refurbishment. (4) Electrical maintenance also to be done (5) Replacement of defective parts or assemblies (6) Ensuring proper lubrication of all lube paints (7) Any workmenship required to maintain the complete lubrication systems has to be provided by contractor (8) Transportation and mobilisation of manpower has to be done by contractor. Note - (1) All type of required lubricants will be provided by the department. (2) All spares / consumables will be provided by department.
Cost/ charges for performing routine check up, Cleaning and repair of automatic , semi automatice Lubrication system of both 24/96 Dtagline (Krishna and Balram) as per scope of work in a day by team consisting of 02 nos. highly skilled manpower, 01 no. skilled manpower and 01 no. semi-skilled manpower; including labour charges, contractor profit, CMPF/EPF charges on labour and any other misc. charges.
