M&L for removing old unserviceable cane/newar from chairs wooden all types, stool dressing CB and chair CBA special with hand rest type etc and recanning with approved quality of cane plastic 4mm/5mm half round wide in Godrej pattern as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge (Drg No.FD-280, FD-229, FD-228/279, FD-120).

M&L for removing the unserviceable PVC shoe from chairs wooden all types and S&F new PVC shoe of superior quality as shown on drawing (FD-280, FD-229, FD-228/279, FD-120) complete all as specified and directed

M&L for removing unserviceable cushion and tapestry cloth from Sofa set 5 seater/4 seater/2 seater/single seater and S&F new cushion of size as per drg of 100mm thick and 40 density including suitable cushion cover made of tapestry cloth with zip over white cloth all as directed. Pattern and colour of tapestry cloth shall be as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge (Drg No.FD-281, FD/MAP-II/02, FD-373).

M&L for removing unserviceable tapestry cloth from seat/back cushion of Sofa set 5 seater/4 seater/2 seater/single seater and Supply and fixing of new cushion cover of size as per drg made of tapestry cloth provided with zip. Pattern and colour of tapestry cloth shall be as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge (Drg No.FD-281, FD/MAP-II/02, FD-373).

M&L for removing the following unserviceable components of bed ply wood and replacing the same by S&F new one with first class hard wood i.e Teakwood free from cracks and knots including re-assembling and tightening of the frame work all shown as per drawing (FD-246) :-

M&L for removing unserviceable Top ply from bed ply wood top and S&F new Top plywood 12mm BWP gde as per drg and tightening of frame work as directed (Drg No.FD-246).

M&L for removing unserviceable MS clamps from bed plywood top and S&F MS clamp of size 25 x 3 mm thick 150 mm long made to ‘L’ shape and screwed to legs and frame including applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed (Drg No.FD-246).

M&L for preparation of old surfaces/new replaced parts of the following furniture, including smoothening the surfaces by required grade of sand paper, filling of pores in the surfaces by filler paste and polishing the prepared wooden furniture complete with two coat of French polish to achieve high glossy finish :-
